They don't call back nor help at all. I have been applying for nearly the whole year and have yet to receive a decent service. They don't answer the phone. I'm left with empty answers and no help. My daughter needs the services and its astounding how there is 4.1-star review. I wish I could put a 0.

I keep trying to get the lady assigned for the school readiness application to help me and she’s been of no help.. I’ve been trying for months. It’s been more than stressful paying my daycare fees through school and I’m about to be done and headed to work so I do still need school readiness but between two government programs can’t seem to get the assistance I need. 🙁
