Not even one star they deserve, the ladies they work in the office they never know nothing, transfering the calls and don’t even help you , melissa preza another one that don’t deserve to work in the ELC they are not willing to help, every day have to call for over a month and nothing is fix the personal rude, unprofesional, they hang up the call on you or just transfer your call, and don’t even call back when left a voicemail,

I give the place an overall 3/5, but I give Alexis Deno that works there a 5/5. She is so helpful, empathetic, gets back with you in a timely manner, and has great communication skills! Love her!

This place is supposed to help but the case workers are rude and straight up disrespectful I then ask to speak to a supervisor and once again bad customer service they tell you turn paperwork in then take so long to review your case then say your paperwork is to old because they took so long to review the case then once you are finally approved for funding they find another reason or excuse to make you wait again. They figure because we need assistance they can just give you their behinds to kiss. I guess if you’re poor or trying to do better for your family you don’t deserve respect. No need to speak to the supervisors they are just as bad not once did I receive an apology for the rude behavior and then for complaining I got rejected again and put to back of the line because supposedly everything I submitted was not up to date because they took so long to review it. The Lakeland office is out of control and and need associates who actually want to help!!! I wish I could give them zero stars

Overall I would give it a 4 stars but Mrs. Dora gets a 1000/10 I unfortunately did not get her first name but she was extremely helpful and answered every question I had about vpk and summer time care
