I have gotten a massage from Ali many times, and I have always felt so relaxed and relieved of such pain every time I get off her table. She is kind and helpful !! She has helped me with many physical injuries that have caused me excruciating pain and has given me tools to use to help alleviate pain in the comfort of my own home. Best healing hands in the bizz !!

Working with Ali over these past 5 years has helped me immensely. I played sports from 8 yrs old through high school. And have played basketball softball and lifted weights since being out of school. After multiple injuries, broken bones and consistently messing something up. Ali has kept my body functioning over the last 5 years, which has been in my 30’s better than it was in my twenties. She not only helps you in the sessions, but gives you work and knowledge that you can take home to prevent future injuries and preventative maintenance routines. I have had other massage therapists but no one is close in comparison. I tell everyone to go see hers. She has knowledge of the body and muscles that I haven’t experienced with others. And she shares it with her clients which for me helps me know hit it properly ever for my body. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Ali is a master body worker. She reads your body like a map and informs you throughout your body work session of what is really going on with your muscles and under the surface. She’s really strong and her hands rub you with just the right pressure. She releases so much every time for me! I have gone to her with serious thigh pain and knee pain. She figured out what was pulling from where and provided me with appropriate stretches and pain relieving techniques that I could use daily. I left there feeling like I started the process for healing. My body was able to relax a bit and my flare up decreased substantially. I should also mention that her body creams are to die for! I use them religiously and sometimes they are the only thing that work. I am really grateful for her body wisdom and tender loving body work! There’s no one else who has ever massaged me before that provided so much additional support and guidance into my healing process! I look forward to my next body work session.

This is the only place I go for massages. Ali is amazing. She knows what she’s talking about. And she definitely knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend people of all ages. Five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ by far the best!!
