Dr. Michael Conrad is a thorough, caring, and intuitive physician. He has taken care of me for many years now and is quick to respond to urgent situations when they arise. He is patient, and is a very skilled educator, providing me with understandable information so that I can be involved in the decision-making process. He frequently references new studies, which leads me to believe that he keeps up with current research and literature, and that makes me feel very confident. He has advocated for me with other physicians, with my insurance company, and with my employer. I appreciate him taking the time to do that because not all physicians do. He is interested in and asks about my whole life, and treats me very holistically. He appears to be genuinely interested in my overall well-being and health, not just my psychiatric care, and that type of investment in my outcomes makes me feel very comfortable in trusting him with my mental health.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are busy, and there are some times that you do need to leave a message during working hours as I saw referenced in another review, but that message is always returned very quickly. I appreciate that there is always a doctor on call for after hours emergencies. They are utilizing a patient portal which is very convenient so that I can look up information about the practice as needed and access any forms I need to fill out before my next appointment.

The atmosphere in the waiting room and in the therapy treatment offices is very calming and professional and clean. there is a separate entrance and exit to help with confidentiality, and I very much appreciate that.

I highly recommend Dr. Conrad. He is an excellent psychiatrist, and I feel that my quality of life has significantly improved since I began utilizing him as my physician. There might be a slight wait time to get in to see him initially because he is very good, but I promise you that he is worth the wait.

I've been seeing Dr. Van Der Linde for about three years, and I always thought our relationship was strong. However, I missed my last appointment, which I fully acknowledge was my fault. Typically, they call and leave a reminder, but this time they didn't. Because I forgot about the appointment, I didn't call to reschedule, as I had done once before.

Four months passed without any contact. Rather than calling to check on me, Dr. Vanderlin sent a letter terminating our relationship. She had recently taken me off anxiety medication and had no idea how I was doing mentally. As a patient, what if something had happened to me during that time?

It's distressing to be discarded so easily after a missed appointment, especially after years of consistent attendance. This situation makes me question her genuine care for her patients.

If -5 was an option they would get it. Had to call for a month. Finally called me back, said they needed paperwork before even making an appointment. Gave them the paperwork on a Friday, said they would call me Monday… two weeks later they call and say they can’t see me. They never answer the phone… ever…

Must be nice. I couldn’t even get them to return a phone call. After 3 left msgs over a 3 week period I gave up! Don’t advertise accepting new patients if your not gonna return the call.
