Carter headstart is really bad! The school smells like mold surprised the kids arent sick from it. Also someone had head lice and they say for privacy concerns that they dont send letters home to the parents to keep an eye out for there kids. My son has never had it befofe and ends up getting it. Yet privacy concerns didnt apply to him when the teacher checked his hair infront of all the parents and kids.
