Dr. Taylor and his staff were warm and welcoming from my first phone call. Our 5yr old girl immediately felt at ease with him in opening conversation. I just let her lead the way ! We are appreciative of his expertise and willingness to discover the great many facets of our child in such little time.

Unfortunately, I paid a lot of money out of pocket for testing, only to have Dr. Taylor mix up my child's report with another, or blatantly lie. Now, I do not believe he would just lie (I don't know how that would benefit him in this case in any way), so I feel he simply mixed up reports. I'm extremely thankful I had someone with me for my meetings with him and follow up phone calls, or his gaslighting techniques may have been effective. Dr. Taylor spoke in my child's report of *very particular* concerns and questions I had. However, these were *never* concerns of mine for my child, and we're certainly never expressed or implied, as they don't apply to my child in any way shape or form. Dr. Taylor, however, went into detail about this conversation that never occurred (at least not with me). I called to advise there must have been a mix-up, explaining the situation, only to be told that simply wasn't possible and left without answers or corrections.

If i could rate this "zero" stars i would! I called to make my daughter an appointment to get tested and this is all new to me and i was hoping for a great experience when scheduling and unfortunately i got just the opposite. I was talked down to and in a nasty manner she was not helpful in anyway or welcoming. I really hope they find someone new to answer the phones there and with that being said i will be taking my daughter elsewhere to be tested because if I'm treated like that upon my first interaction i would hate to see how my daughter would be treated. I am a firm believer that first impression is everything. Best of luck to this office

Dr. Taylor has been such an asset and advocate for our family. He has helped us navigate what others could not with our daughter. He is the very best in our area for assessing learning disabilities. He is by far the best with dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia diagnosis and support. His knowledge is so far beyond what we experienced through the schools or other health care professionals. He is brilliant! The person who referred us to him many years ago said to me, “He will explain your child better to you than you can even articulate.” I could not agree more! We have also seen him for two of our other children who are exceptionally gifted and ADD and will be taking our 4th child soon who displays similar traits. He has also helped us with referring us to his tutors (they are terrific) and Dr Mann (also amazing) for social skills work for the quirky aspects of giftedness. I have referred many people to him and they have had successful experiences as well. Our children really connect with him because he is so real and genuine and he gets them. His advice is also practical and his reports are exceptionally detailed and helpful for planning IEPs, EPs and 504s. They are rich with resource ideas.
I often hear people say they want to go where their insurance covers or through the school system. He covers some but not all and many times testing just isn’t covered anyway by insurance carriers. Spend the money! I have never regretted it and I initially wasted precious time and so much frustration elsewhere. Especially as it relates to Dyslexia!
Thank you Dr. Taylor for being a huge part of the success of our children! They have done exceptionally well and far beyond what we could have imagined. We are forever grateful.

We have had two children tested through his office and they have been kind and very understanding during what can feel like a very difficult time. They hold your hand during every step of the process and Nothing slips through the cracks.
