This Practice was recommended to me in high regard, so I had expectations that I would at least be treated with dignity. I was unfortunately misled. The initial call which is simply to set up initial appointments was advertised to me (over that very same phone call) as being at no cost to me when they allegedly ran my coverage. Even disregarding the fact that both appointments I had set up were cancelled and required rescheduling, I come to find that the first call, was not, in fact, at no cost. Now I've paid $150 towards a copay for a simple phone call that wasn't longer than 10 minutes. I had attempted to call Billing to see if it's okay for Practices to straight up lie to potential Patients and was met with heavy indifference. In this case, I've gone to cancel all upcoming appointments since I have absolutely no confidence that Im to be assisted in any way, and hopefully that $40 cancellation fee does get waived. This was an overwhelmingly negative experience, and the second star is only here because I found the whole situation so ridiculous that it's amusing more than anything. The individual I was referred by will have their Doctor informed on who they associate with, since their Doctor had genuinely asked them how I fared. All in all, I hope for the best for anyone who was successful enough to make it through The Gauntlet.

Initially tried to set up appointment. Business was under a different name but same address. Insurance verified and I attempted to set up meeting. They had nothing for months available so offered online help. I agreed and got a 'intake' call. Then I needed to wait another 6 weeks for an actual appointment to talk to therapist. That never happened because insurance didn't cover the new named business (same address). Worse part is they never told me - I waited for weeks but when the appointment day came, I had to call them because they never called me. That is when I was told they cancelled because of insurance.
Months later I started receiving auto calls for payment - no way to connect to a person just annoying recorded call. Never received any mailed bill. Never received any emails.
Finally I called to ask them to stop and that is when they told me
they have me in collections because I am suppose to pay for the intake call (which was just asking questions - no services). Didn't have my address correct so now they will mail me a bill for a service that never got me to a real counselor or therapist.
Not a friendly experience at all.

Loretta Egan is the most loving, thoughtful, insightful, perceptive, and competent therapist I have ever known. She is blessed with profound wisdom, she truly makes a difference. I wish I could leave 0 stars! If you truly care about improving your mental health DO NOT COME HERE. They billed me for services I never recieved and when I called to inquire, their front desk representative, Iris, had a nasty attitude when I simply was inquiring about the charges on my account. I have never been so disappointed with mental health providers and I will never recommend this establishment!

Our son was assigned a female therapist, although initially he requested a male. He participated in a number of sessions with her, but didn’t feel a connection and we were paying 50.00 out of pocket each session! When we found a male therapist listed on their site, we put in a change of therapist form, and nothing ever came of it. We didn’t want to simply discontinue sessions so we kept waiting. Finally, he decided he wasn’t getting anything out of it and likened it to just talking to one of his friends-so we discontinued sessions with her. In a desperate attempt at keeping continuity with therapy sessions, we looked on their website, saw that the male therapist we had inquired about and been told that he didn’t have availability, showed up as available and accepting patients. In fact, a friend of ours called in our recommendation and was told he was available. When my son called believing he might have availability again, he was rebuked for being pushy!!! We still didn’t get a straight answer!!! Needless to say, we would never go back or recommend them to anyone!!

I have been been bothered with anxiety for quite some time as I am 81 years old and facing some serious health issues for which there is not cure. Two months ago I admitted I have a problem. I recieved two kinds of treatment from Elite. First, I had a course of conversational therapy from Sydney Fields. That helped me understand my condition. Second, I was given an anti-anxiety medication from Dr. Jean-Lesly Rigaud. Both, contributed to my well being.

I have all good things to say about my 2 1/2 yrs w Elite DNA. Kristin Bryan, my MH provider worked hard and did a lot for me to have a much more productive and better life. Forever thankful! Looking back, being w Elite DNA was like having a good friend that has your back when ur in your deepest valley. God sent.

The staff are communicative and so very friendly.. They make scheduling, and checking in, and out easy.The wait time is usually brief (3 minutes). Saw me promptly and explained issue clearly
