I have been seeing Anita Dixon since 2021 & I cannot say enough great things! She helped diagnose and treat my condition that went unnoticed by my PCP. She dedicated her time, was very thorough, and went over and beyond for me many times. If I ever had concerns or wanted to try a different medication regimen she was open to listening and educating me on what would be best. She has helped me in my personal, spiritual, and work life. I would recommend her to anyone.

Wish I could give negative stars. We waited 2 and a half hours from 2:30 5pm this past Friday for no one to show up. It was 5pm and still no one came on for our virtual appointment. I called multiple times, left a voicemail and was completely stood up for our virtual intake appointment for our daughter. Only to then be charged a NO SHOW 4 days later.. If this is how you treat your new patients, don’t even want to know what or how you treat your existing, and not even get a call back. What a joke. Even took screenshots of us waiting just because we had a feeling. I personally will be telling everyone this negative experience.

to have Kristin Bryan as my Psychiatrist. She's not only professional, she has compassion for her patients. She's helped me with my mental health for few years now & still working to help me everytime! She goes above & beyond for her patients. Thank you again Kristin Bryan for all that you do.!

For the last five years, Kristin Bryan has fixed all that has ailed me. From low red blood cell count to vitamin D toxicity, she has come up with the answer. I’m now in the best shape of my life with both mental health which led to physical health. I feel that Kristen Bryan has a genuine care for me as a patient. I never second-guess her educated opinions.

Well 1st off the the 2 ladies at the front desk at the Cape Coral location are Extremely UNFriendly!!! And then I had 1 month of appts for my Child, he had 1 more week so I went to make more appts and the lady says 8am…… I said we can’t do 8am my Child goes to School…… they looked at me like I was stupid and said the next appt in the afternoon isn’t until March 5th, it’s January. So UNPROFESSIONAL like my son has been going for almost 1 month and they just give his time slot away without even asking me or anything. So now he has started to build a relationship with his therapist and they want him to wait over a Month to go back? Yea I’m done NEVER going back and will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!!!!

Everyone at Elite DNA, from my first intake assessment, to my psychiatric nurse and my therapist have been wonderful, kind, professional and immensely helpful. I am so happy I made the decision to seek help. I was at a low point in my life and knew I wasn't able to "fix things" on my own. I am at a much better place and owe it to the support and guidance of Elissa Pasanello and MacKenzie Althouse. Very upset and disappointed! We had our first appointment with Alexis Charlery today at 2pm. Here we are at 2:34 and she still has not joined the meeting nor can anyone in the office be reached from the call center after she called and messaged the office where Alexis is located in Fort Myers, FL. I am super upset being I took time off of work and signed my grandson out of school early for this appointment. I am more angry being I lost a half days pay for a no show. If the appointment would have been kept on their end, obviously that wouldn't be the case. Secondly, my grandson was signed out of school 2 1/2 hours early therefore he lost classroom time.
Very dissatisfied!!!
