EDIT TO MY PRIOR REVIEW: Christine, the office manager reached out to me and was very apologetic (which she did not have to be because she had made no mistake herself) in regards to my initial communication with whoever answered the phones when I called on Friday. She was also very helpful with trying to get me info about what I had originally called about. Updating my review because it's only fair and I can't let one bad apple reflect on the rest of my experience.

I was trying to get an appointment at this practice for family coupling and the secretary basically turned me away and had a huge attitude with me for some reason when I was just asking for clarification about if what I needed was available with this doctor, they said "no" and then when I asked "but the website says they are a licensed marriage and family therapist" they said "yes, but we can't help you with mediation". That's confusing to me, but okay if they do not offer a service I need, but the tone and hanging up on me before saying goodbye is weird behaviour in my opinion. This is not my personal situation, but if I was involved in this practice, I would be concerned about the people who answer the phones and are your first impression being less than kind to people who may be in crisis and in need of care.

10 out of 10 so far. Feeling cared for. No one is rushing us through appointments. The providers are actually taking their time to get to know us and understand our neurodivergent kiddo and dynamics. Great experiences!

If I could put above 5 stars on this review, I definitely would. I have been seeing my current therapist, Adeena, for just over a year now. Before her, I had two other therapists, and I can say with confidence that she has been the most amazing one. I look forward to my appointments every week, I feel safe and comfortable around her, and I know that I’m genuinely making progress, all with her help. She is caring, understanding, welcoming, and much, much more. When I started my first session with her, I was scared because of my past experiences with therapy, but after just one 50 minute long appointment, I knew that I wouldn’t be changing my therapist. I could never be more happy to be her patient. She is wonderful at what she does, and I hope that she knows it. Thank you, Adeena 🙂 - Mateo

Useless!!!!! Totally worthless and extremely nonprofeshinal !!!!! I had two short þalks via telephone and they hadn't a single care about my true needs!!!!! They wanted me to go along with and agree to there misdiagnosed medical conditions and prescrib meds I simply can not take! I've been Battelling this condition my who life but within 5mins this new dr was right and all 10 drs I've seen in the past 25yrs are suddenly wrong?!!!! And now you want me to pay you for two 30min calls!!!! HA!!! This place is nothing more than a huge joke!!!!!!

Elite DNA largo is amazing. My provider Jordan and her service dog blue is amazing. Jordan helped me transition my care from inpatient rehab to outside care with elite dna when I left rehab. Jordan got me down to 3 medication from 6 to 7 when I was in rehab they load us up with meds. Jordan always made me felt seen and heard. She genuinely cares about me and my recovery. She always motivates me in my recovery. I wouldn't want another provider! Christine the lead MA is also a gem. Christine helped me with my sublocate monthly injection she made sure I got my injection through the office and ensures it's in the clinic every month. Christine is gentle with my injection since it's oil based it burns pretty bad going into your stomach. Christine always makes me feel seen and heard. Christine and Jordan never undermine my symptoms and always helps me come up with a plan. Overall elite dna is a great clinic for mental health they really do care about you and want the best for you. They don't treat you less than because your recovering addict they support sobriety at all cost and ensure you get on the correct medication. Thank you elite dna today I have 5 months sober and a big part of my recovery is the outside help I receive from my pyschiatrist. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family that are seeking mental health services.

The two ladies (Kristen and Christine) at the front desk are very nice. Andrew is condescending and presumptuous. For having only met me one time he seems to think he already knows so much about my situation . I was there for a drug and alcohol evaluation, instead he focused on past trauma, he basically said all the therapy I've had must not have worked. I was not looking for a mental health eval. He really likes to accuse patients of minimizing (I have spoken with other patients) Seems like he's just trying to get himself more clients rather than actually giving Fair assessments. I will never come back again. Even though it would have sped things up for me. He seems to lack empathy, and I question whether he actually cares about patients, I do think that he probably should have chose another other career.

I love Jordan - i switched from another elite DNA over to her! She was given to me at random for the first come first serve option with scheduling because i needed to be seen ASAP. She really listens and puts a smile on my face every appointment!

The way they manage their appointments is not well in my opinion. They’ll send you a text a few days before your appt and it’s up to you to remember and figure out the zoom info the day of (which is obviously difficult). Also they have 3 no show discharge so if you’re sick or in a bad mental state I would definitely advise going elsewhere because they don’t work with you at all.
