My foster son has been seeing Susan George. Of all his appointments, he has stated this appointment is the most useless one. After being there for a couple of appointments, I understand why. The same questions I ask him at home is all she asks him, on repeat. On top of that, any question we ask, she never makes a definitive answer. What a waste of everyone's time and money. Would never recommend. Switching to a completely different clinic.

I'd give them a zero if I could! I'm one to never say anything or post reviews I usually let things slide but this was Horrible service My husband had an appointment we showed up 8 min late due to traffic and the front desk girl was very rude, and had an attitude from the start, said we were too late and had to cancel our appointment and to reschedule! I can see if we were half hr to an hr late but 8 min, really ?! We asked her why, and her explanation didn't make any sense, she gave us three different excuses. Even patients waiting in the waiting room heard the conversation and came up to us and said that it wasn't right nor fair. I've never been to a Dr office where they kick you out for being couple min late absolutely ridiculous!

This place is a joke. Stay far away from this place if you're trying to make a difference in your life. Bloodwork came back extremely low, I tried to contact Kirsten melervey (because they did not contact me), and she was on vacation. I went through hell under the current dosage. I've yet to hear from "her". She should not be in this business. I've been on meds far longer than she has been in business...do yourselves a favor and steer clear of elite DNA (Don't No Anything).

My mother was lied to by office staff who is a patient, I was lied to by office staff and if it wasn't them than doctor lied. I went here multiple yrs to fix sleep and the medicine for sleep wasn't working and was left same for yrs. Finally I told one of two phychatrist I was seeing which is weird they booked me with 2 of them from sign up. It went every 3 months to once a month to bill me more. Anyway, my mom told doctor her problems mostly stem from me not sleeping. I go see doctor and she writes in her notes where gonna raise it to 2 pills before bed. I go pharmacy and nothing changed she didn't raise it at all. I called 3-4 times to be told call back 72 hrs. First call they admitted that office worker messed it up and today I called so they could fix it and they changed there story that there was no increase or one they could see. So what happen was the doctor lied or workers screwed up and didn't want fix it. I wouldn't go here they don't seem like loyal doctors that give one cent about your health. I told doctor i was staying up 3-4 nights sometimes and he said he didn't believe me. So that what your signing up for. If they change any medicine they will just go up and down with your depression medicine over and over and solve nothing. ITS A JOKE STAY AWAY for yrs they weren't able to help me at all and at the end they flat out lied to me.

They canceled our appointment due to the storm. Understandable. They were not willing to refill a prescription before seeing us again which was 2 weeks from now with only 5 days left of the meds. AFTER they gave us the wrong dosage on the meds. They did not care to put in for a file transfer from his last office to make sure my son has what he needs. The set up they have is not personable at all. I much prefer the small offices and will be going back to his old DR.

0 stars if I could. Made appointment for my son two weeks in advance. The day before the appointment I received the link to check in and fill out his information, which I did. Showed up for his appointment 15 minutes early. After waiting until 10 minutes AFTER his appointment time I asked the girl at the front desk how much longer it would be. She said the Dr wasn’t here yet and she would go check on it. Came back and told me that the Dr wasn’t coming in today. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would never recommend to anyone.

I am beyond disappointed in Elite DNA. FIRST, let me say that the practitioners I worked with were great. I started services prior to losing my job and insurance last month. I heard immediately from my practitioner that they offer a sliding scale for paying for appointments. When I attempted to apply, I heard different instructions from three local offices. I eventually spoke to an office manager who said she would address the inconsistencies. I went back and forth on the phone and drove to the office twice before I was finally able to receive and submit the paperwork. In the meantime, I paid $100 self-pay EACH for three appointments and could not continue spending that amount so I stopped my care.

You're asked to submit information for your current situation so I included my separation paperwork from my recent job. They also ask you to submit your prior year's tax return for the sliding scale application. I obviously had a job then, but its no longer relevant. I received a call to inform me that I was denied the sliding scale due to last year's tax return being too high - which no longer applies obviously. She told me that is their policy. I asked her to have someone else call me that can explain WHY not only is that the policy, but every person in the company that I've spoken to seems to act like this "sliding scale" is something that's accessible to patients that experience a change while they're being treated, which is clearly false information.

Someone from the "legal" department called to reinforce the policy to which I responded that they need to inform their offices and practitioners that the ONLY criteria to be approved is the previous year's tax return so they should stop giving hope to their patients. IN ADDITION, he kept insisting I can get Medicaid and use that because they "take all insurances." That is an absolute LIE. I am NOT eligible for Medicaid (which I already knew, because I'm 41 with no kids). I went through the process to check just in case I was wrong, but I wasn't. His exact words were "anyone can get Medicaid." Considering he's from their legal team, it is a little disheartening that they, too, give misinformation.

All of this coupled together shows their lack of consistency, training, and awareness. It was difficult enough to lose my job and insurance, I didn't need it compounded by being given the brush-off, false hope, misinformation, and wasted time and gas I don't have right now to come up with nothing. I tried to address this with someone above an office manager, but no one ever contacted me. I come from a healthcare background so I understand how detrimental all of this can be to patients. It's just all very disappointing and they need to do better.
