My therapist is the best ever! I love her and have been with her for a while.
But the receptionist is HORRIBLE and RUDE. And shouldn’t be allowed to work at a mental health institution. She is passive aggressive, and ruined my day multiple times now.
I’m a human and she should talk to me like a human.
Fine call me for my co pay, but it’s $30 you don’t have to hound me like I’m a criminal for $30…. Different ways to address something.
She asked me “is this your card”
Excuse me……. Why would it not be?
Rude rude rude. Couldn’t imagine her boss would let her work with mental health patients. I’m so hurt

I have been taking My granddaughter there for months there has improved so much going there the staff is great Keri the office manager is always willing to help with any issue they make you feel so good just being there. My granddaughter always says when coming out of her session that she feels so much better . I would recommend Eltite DNA to everyone young and old

I am extremely happy with Elite DNA services. I get both my meds and counseling from the Stuart office and I couldn't be more happy. Dawn is FANTASTIC!!! She is the first therapist that I've had that is actually giving me therapy. She provides me with information to help me grow and improve as a person...and I've been to many therapists! Oscar is great too. He is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this office.

Worked with Oscar Santos Rodriguez for my daughter's mental health needs. Was prescribed medication and had nothing but issues getting her paperwork cleared with insurance and the pharmacy. Also wasn't prescribed the correct medication which resulted in my daughter's condition worsening to the point she was hospitalized twice after starting working with him. After asking for resources or additional suggestions, I was told to speak with a case manager and have a good day. No remorse, options, medication explanation, nothing. His nonchalant attitude towards my daughters condition is a clear indicator he should NOT be working with children with sensitive issues like hers.

I do want to say Julie from the front desk helped me a great deal throughout this process and I am so sad she struggled to help me get me in touch with him due to his lack of availability and professionalism.

Hello I am new to this establishment and I have to say I was weary at first bc getting an appointment was a little tedious but once it got going things turned out pretty good. The staff is very courteous and nice. The front office staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. Our therapist Dawn has been a delight and my grand-daughter loves her. She has blossomed since our first appointment. Dawn is thoughtful, open-minded, respectful, kind-hearted, funny, understanding, generous ... to tell you the truth there isn't enough adjectives out there to describe Dawn, we love her. She is a blessing and a god-send in my granddaughter's life. We couldn't have picked a better person to help us. The office is always presentable and the atmosphere is always soothing. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs help in these trying times.

Great therapist, i have Mrs dawn amazing person. Only complaint i have is the receptionist… need a new one that knows what their doing and whats going on. Very unorganized. Other than that love the use of telehealth makes it much easier with my busy schedule. I would put 5 stars if it was rating my therapist only.

I was scheduled an intake appointment. No one showed. I called to be rescheduled just to have an appt to figure out who would be assigned to me which was an hour long intake asking the same questions asked in the initial documents I was sent to complete. It’s been 3 weeks and have not heard from anyone for treatment and I was just billed $45 dollars for the “intake” appointment and billing will not waive that since it was “time spent” with me. Completely ridiculous and will not be using this facility for treatment based on that, and well… the fact I haven’t even been contacted for treatment.

The front desk is always nice.
The provider being seen is very insightful and knowledgeable.
