I've been going to Elite DNA since before it was called that and, I love the people they try to make things as easy as possible. My phycologist is Dr.Sharon and, is amazing. I think of her as more of a friend because I can tell her anything and she gives me an honest opinion and she doesn't judge. My therapist is Ken and since the first time I met him I have really liked him and actually love our conversations he doesn't just try to get to the point, he gives you his advice and can heal your soul. I hope neither of them ever leave because I have had therapist that have done that but, I really appreciate everything they do for me. Thank you so much sincerely ☺️

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. The local office number is a joke, it shunts you somewhere else. I went in the office to try schedule appointments for me and my family but they told me I have to call. You leave a voicemail and when they call back it’s from a random number so it looks like spam. Impossible to schedule anything. The one provider I’ve spoken to was very nice and I enjoyed her very much, but the scheduling process is absolute trash. Been trying to schedule an appointment for over 2 weeks.

I have been blessed with years of amazing care from Sharon Mason here. She is an angel and I would jump in front of a bus for her if she ever somehow needed it. Honestly maybe even if the bus just looked at her funny. She has given quality to my life and I wish her every blessing. Lashanda, the patient care rep who is at the front desk, is also a lovely woman. They are both friendly, kind people who help bring on the peaceful atmosphere. They are also intelligent and quick, though they don’t rush you or talk over you.

Unfortunately I haven’t had great experiences here with therapy. I am a young wheelchair user with complex health issues and I do my best to keep my appointments and manage care across so many different providers. I am compliant and don’t change pharmacies, I do my best to work with my providers. I really put a lot of my limited energy into this — it’s my “job”. It is completely understandable when providers run late with other patients or even with their day/meals/breaks — in general, I schedule early morning appointments if I need the appointment to be on time.

I had a therapy provider here named Jenai who was 10-15 minutes late every session, no matter the day/time/modality (zoom/in person)/etc. I last saw her 6 months ago, so I hope this behavior has improved. In the past, she saw me waiting and chose to talk to the receptionist for another 10 minutes before calling me back, making eye contact with me multiple times during these conversations. When I tried zooming in for my appointment on the weekend, she’d just show up late. Whether I was the first appointment of her day or last, significantly late. This happened every appointment, despite speaking with her and needing to straight up leave multiple times because the lateness would’ve made me rush elsewhere. This happened in a period of my life where I was grieving the death of ALL of my grandparents and going to therapy 1-2x weekly every week. I eventually terminated care because it was worse for my mental health than it was helping.

Flash forward to now — I filled out forms to switch, asked for a rereferal, and apparently the provider had the audacity to say she would be willing to take me back if I was okay with her lateness. Being late is completely fine but routinely disrespecting me to the point that I avoid seeking care is not. I wish I had stood up for myself sooner. I hadn’t reported the behavior or even told my referring psychiatrist until today. While it’s fresh in my mind again, I’ve written this review. I hope that my next therapist here is helpful — I will be sticking with this office for psychiatric care so I hope to have all of my mental healthcare under the same roof.

Was referred here. Had the initial appointment via telehealth and was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment with the appropriate person. In August. I have heard nothing. Attempted to call but always on hold for more than 15 minutes. Get referred to another place cause this one doesn't care.

Incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone in this office. They claim to respond to patients within 2-3 business days... more like on average 30 days when Deborah Sellers is your provider! And don't expect more than a single sentence reply. Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration in the slightest.

There is absolutely no transparency when it comes to the services you are receiving and the bill you will be expected to pay. If you have questions about the bill, you will be told to contact the corporate billing office, who will then tell you to speak to your provider, Deborah, whom will then ignore you for 27 days!

Once finally getting a response, I was told if I have any questions concerning billing she would have the office manager contact me. 29 days strong and still nobody has reached out! Oh but as of May 9th (6 days ago) I was charged 50$ for a letter I never picked up...

I think their priorities are clear as a business: $$$

This is just a small portion of my experience with Elite DNA. I was a completely new patient to them 4 months ago and will never go back. Not once did I feel like Deborah Sellers and Elite DNA treated me as a respected patient or simply as a person.

I had originally called to schedule with Sharon Mason, and as a new patient, I provided all of my information, including insurance information. I then waited two months to see Sharon Mason, and on the MORNING of the appointment, I was called and told they were cancelling my appointment because they didn’t take my insurance. I could have found another provider during that time!

Fast forward a month later and my insurance changed. I called again to schedule with Sharon Mason, and I was told that because my appointment was cancelled, I now had to go through an intake process and a provider would be assigned.

Because my appointment was cancelled, I cannot see Sharon Mason. This is absolutely absurd. I didn’t cancel the appointment. I was actually getting ready to leave my house to drive the HOUR to that appointment.

Definitely not happy and would not recommend Elite DNA.
