I want to take a moment and thank Abulrahman Al Kindi. Abdul has been incredibly helpful to me in navigating life just now. My father passed away recently and he gave me the perfect space to work through this, gently pushing or pulling me in directions he sensed I wanted or needed to go. He was direct while also being empathetic.
His ability to be, say, or do the right thing at the right moment is wonderful. He also has shared a wealth of resources off the top of his head to help move me along my journey.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience

We waited over three months on the waitlist for an evaluation appointment for our son. On the day of the appointment, we were the first ones in the office at 8:30 AM, only to sit there for over an hour without any communication. When I finally asked the front desk if there was a delay, they informed me that the appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled.

This level of unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating. At any point, they could have called us before we drove 40 minutes to their office and wasted an entire morning. The audacity of this practice is appalling—especially when they charge you $40 for missing an appointment, yet feel entitled to disregard your time and effort without so much as an apology or notice.

If you're considering Elite DNA Therapy, think twice. Their blatant disregard for their patients' time and needs shows they do not prioritize the people they claim to help. Avoid this place if you value respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy.

I started with Elite a few years ago when life was really bad. I worked with a therapist there who was excellent, but unfortunately she left. As expected, I was very hesitant about " starting new" with someone else. All my fears were put to rest when I started seeing Lydia Kinsler. She is wonderful. I really appreciate that she does her own homework, comes to our meetings very prepared with ideas tailored to me personally, not just checkbox mentality .
