Extremely unprofessional. As a person with issues who’s trying to better themselves, Elite EMDR facility was in network (which was one of three places). (The others are nowhere near my county.) I called three times and left three voicemails (one time someone answered & quickly hung up in my face) over the course of the course of a week with no response. So if you’re wanting a caring facility, this is not the place. So much for taking action to better oneself. All of this left me feeling very disappointed and discouraged.
