I heard about Debra/Elite Family Care from my pediatrician's office where multiple other parents had voiced positive experiences. I was hesitant at first because I had spent hours doing research on agencies and services, and just had a negative experience with a different nanny agency in the area - but I was desperate for help, so I gave Debra a call. It was obvious from the initial call she was honest and professional. She told me right away that she was very selective about her nannies and that she would not just send the first qualified person to us for review, but would really think about if the person would be a good fit (personality, etc). I had multiple questions over the following week, and Debra remained readily available and provided thoughtful, clear answers. Debra remained in touch and updated me along the way with her progress, and sure enough, she matched us with the PERFECT nanny. She did all of the screening for me: background investigation, reference review and interviewed the nanny candidate. The very first candidate Debra presented was STELLAR and we hired her right away because we knew she was special. Our nanny is reliable, professional, engaging, and clearly cares about our children. I have been learning from her about sleep training, baby-led weaning, and motor development. The first week our nanny started, she created developmentally-appropriate sensory play activities and helped our children make their first pieces of artwork. We feel incredibly lucky to have used Debra/Elite Family Care and to now have been blessed with the nanny who I hope will be with us for many years to come. My children and I can't thank you enough.
