After breaking my hip and getting a complete placement, I knew that I would want to have outpatient therapy at Elite in Rehoboth. I also knew, based on my husband's experience, that I wanted Sarah Schneider, PT, to work with me. She has proven to be very knowledgeable, extremely capable, compassionate, and friendly. After working with Sarah, I firmly believe that at the conclusion of my sessions, I will be fully recovered so I can resume "my busy life" as it was before the accident.

Jack Norwood was great. When I started, I was not able to get up and down steps, which was a problem as I volunteer at a food pantry carrying boxes of food weighing 40#, and delivering packages to clients' cars. I am back to 100%! Jack was professional and caring, as well as the girls who coached me through the exercises. I would definitely recommend Elite PT. The facility was very comfortable. Spacious and not too busy.

After a fall, my mother’s doctor referred her to another PT facility that couldn’t see her for weeks. I was concerned about her worsening condition due to her lack of mobility and, upon a friend’s recommendation, called Elite PT. I was grateful that the owner, Amelia, scheduled Mom to come in the next day. Everyone at Elite made her feel very comfortable. Their care, knowledge, and expertise, especially Mom’s physical therapist, Sarah, got her walking again, and she is fast on her way to recovery with a plan to follow going forward. I had rotator cuff surgery in Bethesda, Maryland and my first two weeks of PT. Were there at a practice I have used for years. I was concerned about coming to a new place, but have been thrilled with the quality of care I received from Jon Waxman and the team at elite PT. Unlike some offices, you don’t show up there just to go through your exercises. It’s a hands on facility. Jon is quite knowledgeable and I am impressed with how he listens to my concerns and adjusts his care accordingly. The bonus with this place is that when you are receiving ice at the end of your session, you look out at the boardwalk and the ocean. It’s a beautiful view!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Elite! I had the pleasure of working with a Physical Therapist (Megan) who just completed her degree at The University of Delaware. She was fantastic! Amelia oversaw our first session/evaluation. She gave a few pointers that Megan received well and I enjoyed learning from as well.
I felt comfortable immediately and always listened to! Megan got to know my level of physical activity quickly and knew what exercises I would be able to do and continue with on my own. She was able to introduce new exercises that would challenge me which I appreciated! The techs are also very helpful and attentive. I worked with Dani and Delaney. They were both very knowledgeable of the space and could help explain exercises and equipment and stayed close by while I completed the exercises always checking to see how I felt and check my form.
I have never done physical therapy before and I feel very lucky that Elite has been my first experience!
