Our kid was at ETCC from age 2.5 to 5. He had an excellent time at the school, and grew up nicely. The main teachers are very experienced in managing the kids.

Understaffed. Student / teacher ratio usually exceeds as some teachers are not on the floor or, often times, quit. I heard one of the teachers hit a child multiple times and unfortunately nobody (including management) even apologized to neither the child or the parents. What happens in a vacuum stays in a vacuum. Protect your children, especially if they can't tell you that something is wrong.
