Ellie Mental Health Therapist and EMDR

Disappointing experience. Took two calls and a follow up to get an appointment in for my 14 y/o daughter. Was told they accept BCBS but apparently they don’t. The assigned counselor (won’t name names) had absolutely no affect and charged $130+ for a 30 minute intake appointment and did not respond to my emails and questions unless I sent a follow up yet again. Do not recommend.

My review is for Meredith Everett. She is a kind, intelligent and skilled counselor. Traversing modern problems, and in particular the workplace culture in the U.S. in the post pandemic era is confusing. Working with Meredith Everett has been more than just helpful; it’s been integral to the development of skills that is needed to be successful in the workplace. I highly recommend this skillful and engaging professional counselor.

We saw Meredith Everett for couple's therapy, and the short version was that it was a gigantic waste of our time. She *almost* got us to talking about issues, but was content to waste our time just catching up with the week instead of actually pressing or solving things. There were two or three decent handouts/starting points during the visits, but they were either not thoroughly discussed or forgotten by the next visit. When I said my main problem was being able to communicate with my partner and I needed help doing that, I figured that was a pretty clear cut mission. But nope. Really discouraged and really hoping the next person we try actually helps.

I think the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I really believe Elizabeth has my best interest at heart. It's more than just a cold office environment. I think anymore feel at home here

Worst experience I have ever had do not go to this place. It was the worst therapy I have ever received. They are still charging my account as I am not even going there or seeing anyone or talking to anyone anymore. The therapist I had told me she doesn’t think she can help me and I should go on Google and search therapist as if that was any help. This place honestly made me more depressed and anxious.

Clean, Secure and try worthy place. I would recommend Zach as he was my therapist and he educated me real well.

My review is not based on in office staff but on the people that schedule the first visit 2 times I have tried to set up counseling for lgbtq issues 2 times I wax assured that the person they were assigning me would handle those issues and 2 times the counselor said no the don't it is getting ridiculous know I have to try and find another counseling company that takes my insurance that handles my issues as these guys keep giving me the run around

I had the best first experience coming to the office and meeting my new therapist.
