Jason and the Emotion Station have been an incredible help in restructuring my habits and re-framing negative thought patterns. Jason makes effective use of easy terminology and visual aides to reinforce what you learn during your sessions. Jason has been invaluable in helping me learn coping skills for living with adult ADHD and has always been professional, timely and encouraging during our sessions. I have always left feeling better than when I went in, and with the confidence to tackle my issues head-on. Jason is direct and to the point, but always has tact and respect when he communicates. If you are looking for a down-to-earth therapist, LMFT, or counselor to address some issues or areas for improvement, I highly recommend him!
