I am so grateful to have met and worked with Belle! She is a true healer and her herd are powerful healers as well. I've never experienced anything like I did working with them. They were able to clear unresolved issues within my energy field and I really noticed the change when I got back. I've always had such a hard time trusting, especially men. Working with the 3 horses holding a sacred geometric space for me was so grounding and safe. When I came back home I noticed a remarkable difference in my love relationship. All I can say is Wow! Belle and her beautiful and endearing horses were fantastic. Each horse had their individual area that they worked on in my body. I could feeling their loving and intelligent healing powers come to me. Warmth and comfort is all I can say. I felt an immediate shift and felt lighter the moment each one did their work on me. Belle is absolutely amazing in her interpretation and then offered immediate guidance through my trauma. I have been going to therapists for years and never felt like this before. It was such a positive and beautiful experience. This was my first time in Sedona and my first time experiencing equine therapy. I had heard how amazing it was to be in the presence of horses and they could help regulate your nervous system. For decades I have been in a fight or flight state. I had decided to do it and a google search led me to a few places but something spoke to me to book with Belle and her herd. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left I was in awe of what these beautiful animals were teaching me . With Belle’s guidance I was able to break through some things and connected with the horses, especially Penny , who reminded me often to breathe . Words cannot express the energy shifts I felt and the calm in my nervous system… I’m beyond grateful to Belle and the herd for helping me heal. I will be back for sure!!

Penny, Mimi and Salsa and their human companion Belle are amazing healers. What a sweet subtle and beautiful experience to receive the gift of this magnificent horses. I came with a heart heavy from the loss of my father and left with a lightness that has not been present in since he died. Then I was guided to reconnect with my own highest passion and excitement for helping others and teaching. I had the honor and privilege of receiving a session with Belle and her herd for my birthday. My spouse and I were traveling to Sedona for a special trip away after 15 long months at home with two little ones :) The drive to Belle's property alone was enough to bring tranquility, relaxation and openness as you immerse yourself in the beauty that is the Verde Valley. Upon arrival, I just felt calm and this was the place I needed to be at the time. Penny, Salsa, and Mimi are there hanging out and you just begin to talk to Belle as the horses walk around you, eat, lick their salt lick, and listen and feel your every emotion. It was so comforting and calming to speak your truth easily to Belle knowing that you are surrounded by unconditional support from these massive creatures. It was so special and something I will never forget. Once you move through the activities Belle puts before you and interact with each one of the horses you get to walk into the ring and be with the horse (I chose Salsa) you most connected with. This was just incredible and unforgettable. What Belle and her herd heal for you is inspiring and stimulating. We all have this inner strength inside us and sometimes we need a little push to bring it out - what Belle and her herd do is healing, supporting and life changing. You certainly need to go be in this magnificent place and just be one with the herd and with Belle. I cannot say enough, you just need to go!

My experience at Equine Guidance® was such a heart opener. Belle Shook and the horses helped me learn so much about myself. I was able to gain clarity and focus on an issue that was bogging me down. Wow, where to start!! Belle is an incredible listener and guide. She provides an extraordinary experience with her horses to help provide insight and healing. The horses are so calm and gentle. This was a unique and almost magical experience that I will never forget!
