I would give 100 stars to this Agency for many reasons. The Main reason is because Latoria the counselor. I was in Latorias class about 5 years ago due to Alcholism and in her class you will meet all walks of life, different personalities for sure some are financly set than others some are kind and some are rude some are really young and some are in their golden years. In her Class everyone is fighting their own Battles internally and for us to have a place to share our struggles and share our own view of life there was no room for Judement. The way Latoria conducts her class is very straight up with a alot of reality checks in a very professional manner that we forget those moment of truth and for me personally was a total unique approach of Latorias which in today's world the truth has to be watered down. Latoria provide us with new information to see life in a different lense and help us understand that we have control and make small adjustments for us to become the better versión of our self and apply the power of manifestation. Latoria gave me that gift which now im going on 5yrs 8 months sober no Alchohol and the quality of life i live now its surreal at times because everything i wrote down on my paper in her class I now have present. I will never forget was she said "manifest that now Angel you know what you need to do and get whats yours, you deserve this" Yesterday July
8th 2024 was my first time seeing Latoria in almost 6 years and I have to admit she hasn't changed her style one bit. What I can say is if you have Latoria as a counselor go in with an open mind and soak up as much as you can and I promise you it will make a huge difference and it can change your life I know it did mine ill wrap this review with a Thank you Latoria if we had more Latorias this world will be a better place Lol!!

I am giving Estrella Counseling Services 1 star but this pertains to Gina. The office staff is very professional and helpful. Gina is rude and unprofessional. If you have to take a Saturday morning class take the 10am class.

This place is amazing! Mrs La Toria who runs the class on Monday’s that I attend is the best Instructor / Counselor and will help you develop your life skills going forward. The front office manager Jackie is the nicest lady and very professional every time I have had questions or concerns. If you attend here, you will not be disappointed!! See for yourself and attend here.

This is a GREAT place for the counseling services they provide! The atmosphere and staff are very professional while treating you very kind and very accomodating. Jackie is the best at her job, while multi-tasking in the front. And, Latoria is a really good counselor. Latoria is firm, but is a GREAT listener and adds a little flavor to the counseling services with her great and understanding of what we've all been through and keeps us interested in the meetings. I HIGHLY recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! Keep up the GREAT job!!!

This place is awful. I was there in the small waiting room in support of a loved one, and a man (a patient) was at the window figuring out his schedule and whatnot. Once the man exited the room and left, his counselor (Candace- aka Candy) started discussing his treatment and how things are going for him in therapy right in front of us. The front window was open and she was openly discussing his private information with the office Manager, Maria. I brought this up to the office manager and told her it was completely unprofessional and inappropriate to discuss his private matters (treatment) in front of others. She tried to say that Candy was only discussing it with her, and I told her that I understood she was who she was talking to, but the conversation was being had with the window open, right in front of me (I was maybe 5 feet away) and my loved one. She finally apologized and said I was right, but that was only after I was visibly upset, and I told her I was now concerned for my loved one’s privacy.
After his intake, Maria, the office manager, had an attitude with me because we were requesting a counselor other than Candy, seeing as she was completely out of line and unprofessional when dealing with people’s personal information. Her attitude was disgusting for being an office manager.
We ended up dealing with another lady named Toni who was great and got it put on the account that Candy would not be allowed to be a part of my loved one’s treatment moving forward.
I would recommend going anywhere but here. This place is very unprofessional, and do not care about what is best for their patients.

Under no circumstances go get “counseling” at this location. All the staff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude! They lost my paper work twice, and had to contact my court twice due to this incident non their end. After confronting them about it, they became very rude and ignoring my calls until I came in in person. Not to mention but while taking the classes, I learned about bully, profanity, and counselor took the whole 1.5hrs charging the 15 people in the class. Took her long to receive and give change. Not one time we talked about “us”. After my 3rd class. I went in yesterday and counselor stated that I was kicked out of the class and to come back to talk to the receptionist another day. Today, I called in and receptionist clamping to be the manager put me on hold 3 times and every time she came back to the phone she didn’t know who was on the line and she had to ask for my personal information every time. Finally she said that she didn’t know why the counselor had sent me home if I was on the list. After pointing out the obvious and facts she said I was “yelling” and that she was going to hang up the call. Once I told her she was being recorded so I can show court in case they wonder why I “missed” class she immediately hung up the call. Not to mention, I have recordings of the class I took and have video of how they use profanity, bully, joke around and spent the whole hour charging. Waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional for sure!

I'm greated with a smile every time I walk in the door. They are very understanding and flexible with my schedule and have accommodated me when needed. The counselors are positive and easy to talk to. The group sessions aren't too big and run smoothly while not judging your situation, just trying to help you learn and get through it efficiently.
