Worst office I have ever been to. The staff are super friendly, but it’s set up to run as a cash grab. I have spent 6 hours here in 2 appointments, and spent maybe 20 minutes actually talking to someone. They require drug screenings and EKG’s on all patients. It’s just an excuse to bill insurances and make more money. I would NOT recommend this clinic if you actually have mental health issues. There is no patient-provider relationship. They do the bare minimum, so that they can prescribe and make money. Definitely feels like a pill mill kind of place.

I would caution anyone with Psychiatric Needs from using the services of this place. You are never going to see a Psychiatrist, you are going to see random Nurse Practitioners who have no interest in helping you beyond giving you drugs. Everytime you go you will see someone different. Establishing an ongoing Patient Relationship with a specific provider is not a priority to them, this is a Get you in and Get you out as fast as possible facility. If you tell them you want to see a specific provider it is irrelevant to them, you will be rotated through 5 or 6 different People, they basically use a Questionnaire to analyze you. Like calling help desk, they ask you the same questions everytime, and whatever your answers are determine what drugs you get that time. This place is a drug pushing facility, and there is no real interest in you, or helping you, just giving you your next prescription.

They have no problem scheduling you to come in, make you pay, let you sit in the lobby for an hour then finally tell you that they cancelled your appointment and only after they forget why you are just still sitting there.
Then reschedule for next week and immediately want to prescribe antipsychotic medication after one session. Addiction Health They'll get you addicted to more medication and require you to come back for more costly visits to refill your prescription

I got an appointment quickly and saw Dr. Jason Seed (hope that’s correct) & he listened to everything I had to say and we came up with a plan. I started a treatment there and everyone has been wonderful! Special kuddos to Toya (again hope that’s correct correct) as she has been patient with me and very inviting to me and my bf when he picks me up. She is super sweet and i appreciate her and the other staff immensely. I am struggling with trauma and they are helping me through it. My daughter also comes here and the only “complaint “ we could have is the wait, but we also know that they are a walk in clinic and if someone comes in suicidal or severely depressed, then I’m happy to wait so they can be taken care of immediately bc I’ve been there. My child is also ADHD and gets anxiety waiting and I simply asked to reschedule and we were able to do that no problem as she had just started medication and her anxiety was still quite high. But the wait for her now is okay bc of the help she has received at Eustasis from their caring staff. I’m truly grateful!

You will wait over an hour to and hour 1/2 just to see someone for 5 min. But they expect you to arrive early.Having a child with ADHD and anxiety and just sitting there waiting for that long is un feasible and put so much stress on him and the parent as well. Definitely would not recommend and we will be looking elsewhere.

Worst experience. They tell us that we have appoints at a certain time and to be there 15 minutes earlier. Then we wait an hour and a half AFTER the original appointment time. On top of that... Get this... It turns out to get a TELEDOC appointment. Waste of time. The nurses don't care either and are so rude. They prioritize walk-ins over those who have appointments already scheduled. Oh and by the way, setting up an appoint is a nightmare, but that's the only way they keep saying we will be seen. No wonder it's got a low rating. Shameful.

I had suffered for weeks trying to do it on my own, I didn't want to have to be inpatient,I was literally at the end of my rope and out of desperation I decided to go to the walk in clinic (believing that it was going to be a waist of time)I couldn't have been more wrong, they got me in the wait time wasn't bad...they really showed me empathy and understood AND I WAS HELPED THAT SAME DAY. I am so grateful. If you or someone you love needs help and PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! You've got nothing to lose.

Though the staff is kind, I came here expecting a more extensive look into any mental health issues I had and it seems that this place only scratches the surface of any problems you may have and just wants to shove meds down your throat. Not only that, the amount of time you have to wait on a doctor is so long that I fell asleep once while waiting (I was there for an hour and a half.) Then after waiting for so long, the doctor finally comes in just to ask you the same repetitive questions and tell you it’s okay to go home after 5 minutes even though you only wanted a refill on your meds. I even came in with my grandmother once (for a refill on my meds) and after getting fed up after sitting for an hour (which is pretty typical) she went into the hallway to wave down one of the doctors, just for them to say we didn’t need to wait anymore and could leave. If she never waved them down, they would have had us sitting there for even longer for a doctor that probably never would have came.
