I should've paid more attention to the reviews before starting counseling at this place. I cancelled an appt two days ahead, spoke with someone but it wasn't cancelled. this was on
Nov 7. I received a phone call two days ago, Dec 13, about having to pay for a 'no show'. They do not record the phone calls, just the voice mails. I have proof that I called; if I left a voicemail I also have their return call. So basically the person on the phone said, ‘You can see our predicament, we have no prove you called to cancel because you didn’t leave a voicemail’ This is not their only option when you call. It says if you want to go straight to the operator dial ‘0’, which I always do. If no answer another message says they’re busy but leave a voicemail which I do. Now I have to pay on my retired teachers’ income. I also asked for the Psychiatrist Nurse Practitioner to return my call but even after leaving messages to him and talking to my counselor and the administrator he never called back. He prescribed a medication that the pharmacy advised it was $500 copay and the insurance did not cover that medication. The administrator told me I should've made another appt. I should've stopped going there at that point. Got nothing from the counselor, no feedback, I just talked the full hour,
every time I went, so beware!

In short, I had a very poor patient experience.

You cannot contact your provider directly, even for something as simple as changing your pharmacy. Instead, they require you to submit a request online and you can only communicate with your provider through their online portal. For context, I requested that my provider send my prescription to a local pharmacy 8 days ago, through their online portal, and have yet to receive an acknowledgment or response from them.

The receptionist (the person who answers the phone) is unhelpful and rude. She will only forward you to an answering machine.

If you're seeking any level of treatment, DO NOT GO HERE.

I was a patient for 9 months before I had enough and sought treatment elsewhere.

I tried to make an appointment for my mother today (5/3/2023) but they said I would need a Power of Attorney or she has to give her consent; my mother is not able to talk after a tumor removal. They couldn’t deviate from that position and the receptionist was of little help. Please be careful when approaching them for mental health.

I've been going here for years. And I've had nothing but an amazing experience with my therapist. Anna Draper is fantastic. She has really helped me understand certain behaviors. She has helped me be more kind to myself and expect others to treat me the same. I am working hard to be a better version of myself and I am very hard on myself but she helps me remember to be kind to myself and help me achieve my goals. She has helped me realize so many things, not by telling me how to do anything but by letting find the answer on my own which is empowering. She is kind and I always look forward to speaking to her.

So I started going here about 2 or 3 years ago & I have to say at 1st it felt like a disaster. The Dr I was assigned to never made any attempt to explain things there. I didn’t know if I was supposed to sit & talk to him about life or just tell him how I was feeling do to my high anxiety& if I was having problems with meds. Then not even a phone call he passed me on to someone else. Who subsequently dumped me & passed me on to THANK GOD Wesley.. I’m so glad I stuck it out & stayed. He listens to me. Helps me, cares & LISTENS he is wonderful. & Throughout all of this Alexis behind the front desk & the other ladies that work there along with Wesley have been five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ thank u for being so wonderful & treating me with dignity & respect. & showing me every month how to turn my sound on on zoom. 😂 😂 😂 😂

I'm rating this place a 1 star because I can't rate it anything lower. More than once, I've called, left messages, attempted to schedule appointments, and get help & I'm still being ignored. The only time I've received a response is when I leave a bad review. These people do not care about their clients at all. The owner is just as bad as everyone else. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
