I am so grateful to have been referred to Miles at Evolution PT. My biggest regret is it didn't happen sooner! I had a chronic hamstring injury, and every other PT I went to was a waste of my time. But Miles took the time to get to the heart of the issues and progressively tailored each session so I could get back to doing all the things I love. He kept me informed on how we were going to achieve the goals and why we were doing what we were doing to not only heal, but to perform again in the sports that I love (long-distance triathlon & skiing). If you're an injured athlete of any kind, I can't recommend this place enough. Outstanding PT that will get you back to your sport(s) even stronger than you were before! The one-on-one care you'll receive is second to none!

I came to evolution PT and wellness 2years after having a massive stroke. Steve was my fourth attempt at finding the right physical therapist and the best decision I made in a long time! I could tell right off that he really liked his job because he made a difference. It was obvious he truly cared about my well being.Also a special thanks to Miranda who dealt with my doctors office and insurance with no stress for my part. Much appreciated, She also has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Today I’m capable of walking over a quarter mile totally unassisted(no cane.)A feat that I was told would likely never happen. I’m also more independent. There are many little things I can now do that I always had taken for granted. My husband is thrilled with my progress I’m still not done with my physical therapy, but I look forward to every session. I can safely say if you are even remotely thinking of going to Evolution PT and wellness, do not hesitate because you will not be sorry!!

I appreciate Dr Steve, Miranda and Lilliana who make every PT visit a healing and fun time. I look forward to having Dr Steve’s caring and magic hands work on my ankle, Lillian’s sweet & efficient self assistance with the healing machines and keeping everything well organized and Miranda’s attention to scheduling my appointments and answering my calls with questions with kindness and professionalism.

I came to Evolution PT over two months ago, after right ankle surgery, I rolled in on a knee walker, with Dr Steve and Lilliana’s personal care and treatment. I have been able to go from knee scooter, to weight bearing on walker. ankle boot & brace to walking with the assistance of a cane, which -after Dr Steve or Lilliana work on my ankle. I walk out of there, feeling pretty normal, leaving the cane behind

Having Evolution PT inside South Yuba Club has afforded me the opportunity of using the facility for my recovery, Dr Steve has me, with Lillian’s support. using the elliptical, bicycle, and leg press equipment. If I so choose after each session I can relax in the hot tub. The front desk staff always make me feel welcomed.

I appreciate you Dr Steve, Miranda, Lilliana and SYC for making this chapter in my life more delightful- I look forward to more sessions, of wellness & laughter.. I feel like a Phoenix rising.

Steve and Miranda have been instrumental in my recovery both physically and mentally. There sense of humor combined with kind compassionate care has made my therapy experience unique and life altering. Steve assisted me to not only recover fuction and strength to my lower back and right hip but also inspired me to return to an aggressive strength and cardio exercise program that has allowed me to continue competitive mule riding events.
