My favorite part about my supervision experience is that the whole experience was tailored to how I wanted to learn. I was the curious pilot of my learning journey, as the Evolve team was the navigator. These are the qualities I admired in their mentorship:

-Find ways to better themselves as leaders and transparently share their journey

I loved how creatively the team weaved in the principles of behavior analysis to improve supervisees' performance, implement BST to teach new skills, provide meaningful feedback, and so many others.

Before I became an Evolve supervisee, I never thought that being curious was a quality character to have as a future BCBA. Because the team valued my curiosity, I claim the "Curiosity Queen" title all to myself. I loved that I was encouraged to implement the most honest and authentic ideas when writing treatment plans, troubleshooting, and developing problem-solving skills.

Evolve Behavior truly values creating an environment for the supervisees to perform at their highest capacity. I will always be so thankful for the wisdom the team shared with me and I will carry on the wisdom and knowledge to whomever I have the privilege of mentoring in the future.
