Terrible Service! I called Evolve Counseling to speak to someone about my anxiety earlier today. No one picked up the phone so I left a voicemail. I waited 9 hours for a return call but no one in the office returned my call. I decided to go with a different therapist that returned my call in a timely manner.

Nikki is an outstanding therapist who deeply cares about her clients. I have been struggling with anxiety the past few years, which has severely impacted by ability to function at work, school and other areas. She has provided me the tools to help me cope with the negative behaviors associated with the disorder as well as improve my overall quality of life.She is empathetic, kind, intuitive and creates a safe and comfortable environment. She takes her time to listen and has assisted me in getting through some difficult periods. During our sessions I have also recognized her ability to really connect with people on another level, which is something i haven't been able to experience with other mental health counselors. Hi, I’m not one to put personal information out there and I’m also very skeptical of who I trust enough to talk to, but Nikki has helped me through difficult times recently. I’ve lost my brother in a tragic way and since I’m the rock of the family I wasn’t sure who I could express my feelings to without showing that I was suffering too.
