I just wanted to share my positive experience at Faith and Hope Counseling Center in Ensley. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, they take the time to listen to your concerns and experiences. I was so relieved to find professionals who didn’t invalidate my concerns and weren’t condescending when explaining information to me. If you are looking for a counseling center that truly cares about you and your special needs child, I highly recommend this facility.

i have been so so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this office after some not so great therapy experiences in the past. i've especially appreciated that Faith & Hope offers alternative methods of therapy, besides just talk therapy. if you are wanting more than just to vent, this place is GREAT. but, if someone safe to vent to is just what you need, you'll definitely find that too.

0/10 recommend. Please do not use this service. I experienced bullying and therapist abuse at this location. Reported to the state licensing board. If I can stop anyone from experiencing what I did, I plead with you to find another facility for counseling.
