I had an appointment scheduled by video conference at 9am on a Monday. So, I waited for FFF to call me for the video appointment. Time went by and a lady called me at 9:30 am to notify me that I missed my appointment. I told the lady that I was by the phone waiting for them to call me for my video appointment at 9 am. The lady told me that I was supposed to call in to them for the appointment. When I have a video appointment with my VA doctor, the VA calls me and the lady never explained that I was supposed to call them for the appointment. So, the lady rescheduled my appointment.
The therapist called me and asked me if i would like to do a video appointment or a face to face meeting. I said video appointment. The therapist said she would send me the information on the day of the appointment by text mind you she had two weeks to send me the information. When she did send the info. She did not include a contact number for me to call for the video appointment. Since it’s my responsibility to call them, you think they would leave a contact number. I will call the VA and let them know that I wish to use a different service instead of Families First of Florida.

Overall good experience with getting treated for ADHD and anxiety. I was initially prevented by administrative issues from getting treatment for a month roughly but through persistence Families First did give me a great remote therapist and psychiatrist.
