I have been working with my provider, Bradford Whitman, at FCC since 2020 and have never had anything less than a positive experience. Appointments are consistent and the office staff are responsive and knowledgeable. I have not had any issues with getting prescriptions renewed or getting answers to questions in a prompt manner. I’m glad to have this place as a dependable resource for mental health care.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the family care center. They together as a community are willing to help. Consistent communication with the providers you are seeing, the constant communication with you on what’s going on, and the available resources at each location is also helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for or interested in seeking help. Regardless of what it is and the circumstances they will help you

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I feel heard and understood when talking to my psychiatrist about my struggles. My only issue has been struggling to find the right place in the building my first day there, but otherwise it has been great so far!

I just started with them but, they are amazing. My Therapist is really awesome ?! He very attentive, kind, understanding, straightforward and an excellent listener. He’s open minded and helpful. My psychiatrist or medical manager is very good too. He’s a good listener and is kind, helpful and straightforward! That’s what I look for in a psychiatrist and a therapist. They were also able to see me right away and able to help me when I needed it. Excellent place, definitely a Safe Place, feel relaxed and comfortable, very easy to talk to and share what’s really going on in my life!

Okay, I give a higher rating the first time just because the therapist was graceful and easy two work with. Now, we got a surprise bill for a no call no show, I read all their policies and I don’t see anything that says we will get charged $100 for a no call no show, which mind you I have all the record of our appointments and we never missed a thing. Never once we get notified for a follow up appointment and now we got charged for a no call no show without notifying us that we missed an appointment now we have to pay or something, no grace was shown. I’ve contacted FCC through messages on the FCC account and I even called and when I called they said they will waived the bill and just don’t worry about it. But when I checked the account again we got charged another $100 bill? What is this? This is way too much, and we are not happy about this. Please enlighten us about this. We cannot just pay that bill without an explanation atleast and looked at all the calls or text or emails to prove that we get notified. This is ridiculously insane and Christmas is just around the corner. I’m very disappointed and upset :/

My experience and care through this practice has been amazing! From therapy to psychologists my mental health has been its best! Military spouse here and a lot goes on in our lives. I want to thank Karina G. For all she does and just the beautiful soul she holds! I’ve seen Eva Kolb who I adored as well and a therapist Megan who helped me when my world was dark! They accept Tricare with no referral needed. Thank you for all your care!

They are extremely hard to get a hold of. Just expect to visit their office in person if you need any help. Especially for billing. They have never picked up the phone during their business hours. Very frustrated with paying bills here.

I do like my Psychiatrist a lot though. He does a very good job.
