Family Care Center Therapy & Psychiatry in Lone Tree has been a lifesaver for my son and our family. The staff is incredibly welcoming and compassionate, and the therapists and psychiatrists truly go above and beyond to provide excellent care. They’ve created a safe and supportive environment where my son feels comfortable and understood. It's been amazing to see the positive changes in him since starting here. I’m so grateful for their expertise and dedication and would highly recommend this hi place to anyone seeking mental health support for themselves or a loved one.

My experience at Family Care Center was fantastic ! I went to the Lone Tree office and was pleasantly surprised by a smiling and welcoming receptionist, not just an ordinary greeting. The medical assistant was also pleasant, and when I met my provider, Heather Holmes, she had a way about her that caused me to pretty quickly feel at ease with her. She LISTENED to me, asked questions, and with both our input, we formed a good plan of action for me. Even though I went to Lone Tree, I did the scheduling through a centralized phone center, where the two ladies I talked with were both cheerful and helpful. I've never been to a practice with so much sheer positivity ! Would recommend in a heartbeat !

I’ve been going to Family Care Center for a bit, and they’ve been wonderful! The front desk staff is always so lovely, and they always remember my name. The therapists themselves are very professional and caring, no matter what the issue is. I’ve had such a wonderful time being a client with them, and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

This is the best Psychiatry/Therapy service I have ever experienced (45 years of experience with behavioral health offices ). Dr. Max Rubenstein was fantastic. I really felt safe explaining my medical/psychological history to him. All the folks at the center were very friendly. I even asked a couple of employees if they were happy there and the answer was a resounding "YES !". You know, so often doctor's offices are cold and uninviting. Not family Care Center. I feel blessed that I have such a comfortable and safe place to help me deal with my personal problems and I look forward to working with Dr. Rubenstein for many years.
