When I first stated seeing Cely, I was feeling defeated, i was always doing everything for people not thinking of myself. after seeing her I was able to start standing up for myself and not agree with everything people wanted me to do she gave me the strength to stat putting me first. I recommend her to my family and friends, she is great at her job she is friendly kind and understanding.

Can’t give zero stars. Showed up 15 minutes prior to our first appointment as requested. Went in to an empty waiting room, no one at the desk. Sat there for 10 minutes and there was no associates or movement in the place so we left. We called the facility and we were sent to voicemail. We received a call back 11 minutes after our scheduled appointment time and were only told that they were in a session with someone else and do not keep a receptionist. Zero communication, zero care. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.

At my time at family empowerment it has been nothing but healing, and the perfect environment for me and my mental health journey. My therapist was nothing but kind and gave me the right guidance to help me, the staff were always nice and super helpful in my journey as well, not to mention the more I went the more they treated me like a family. My self improvement journey was not as long as some but I can finally say I am healed from my demons thanks to these services. If you are thinking about seeking help or reassurance for any issue you might have I am sure they can help.

Ashley was very helpful with our family. She listened to each member of the family’s concerns and offered ways for us to work together to make sure each person felt heard and was satisfied with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend her for both family and individual therapy!!!

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. My daughter has been going to therapy at Family Empowerment Associates for over 2 years now. Her original therapist was an amazing and sensitive woman who really cared and I would give her alone 5 stars. She then left to pursue her PhD and and my daughter was immediately
without support or guidance in what to do next. She was repeatedly dismissed and sent home because the scheduling was utter chaos and total lacking in communication. In a moment of true need to sit for her session, she was double booked and actually asked to leave and come back another day so a new client could be seen instead. My daughter takes off work on the same day...at the same time...and drives 40 minutes to come to this place and it is not the first time she was never informed that her session was not taking place until she walks in the door. This place is incompetent, rude and insensitive to those they are meant to be helping, supporting and guiding. I suggest those in need of true mental support go ANYWHERE other than here.
