Truly the best daycare I have had my 2 son's in. The staff here is incredible and loving. They are so friendly. Ms. Danielle is just so kind and understanding. Ms. Niecia is just the best with taking great care of my boys. My 2 y.o is always so excited to see her! Best place to have your kids attend, my sons are learning English and Spanish while there. And loving all the updates I get throughout the day of them.

Our family has been sending our child to the infant class at Family Matters Child Care Center for the last four months and have had a great experience. The teachers and staff really care about our child, which was the most important consideration for us when choosing a daycare center for our first child. The communication between us and the staff has also been excellent. Everything (feeding/sleeping updates, communication, billing, check in/out) is done on Brightwheel, an app that is easy to use. We highly recommend the Family Matters Child Care Center for anyone looking for high quality and affordable daycare services in Sacramento.

I have two kiddos that are enroll into family matters child care. And I have zero complaints they treat both of my kids with care my sons teacher Ms.Necia have been with him since 2 months old and treated my son like her own which as a parent make you feel so comfortable. My daughter is treated with care and grace as well by Ms.Danielle they always let me know what's going on with my kids. And communication makes a parent feel comfortable.

My preschooler has been going here since she was an infant. She comes home with the cutest art projects weekly and it feels really good to be able to drop my daughter off and trust that she’s in good hands. The teachers are attentive and incredibly nurturing. We love Family Matters!

My daughter has been going to Family Matters for over 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with their child care services. All the teachers my daughter's had have been attentive and compassionate.

My favorite thing about this daycare is they use an app that they update throughout the day on the things your child is doing/eating. They also upload pictures of the kids playing together.

I'm always confident my daughter is in good hands when I drop her off every morning.

I would NOT recommend this child care facility to any parent. My children were going there for quite some time and everything was okay for a while. Until I enrolled my toddler and he was was coming home with rashes every day. When I took him to the pediatrician I was told to make sure hands were being washed before changing him. When I asked the director (Danielle) if she could investigate and look at the cameras, she refused stating it would be too time-consuming for her and she doesn't have time. This was very surprising and disappointing to me because I was under the impression she cared about my kids. When I asked again she accused me of not trusting the teachers and it would be best to part ways. She kicked all my kids out because I asked her to investigate cleanliness in her facility. They have a lot of teachers coming and going, therefore, that's why I asked her to investigate because some people could just use extra training. As a family who has chosen a specific facility you should experience trust and transparency at their ”high-quality centers.” She should hold their center to a higher standard than what I experienced. Feedback is important to future and current families as to why I'm sharing this experience with all of you and them.

You see us parents when looking for child care for the first time or even switching over. I was super excited to visit this facility for the first time. I like for safety for children, great hospitality and cleanliness, interaction and learning tactics that's taught to the children, travel time/ commute and lastly affordable cost. This place hit it right on target. The first day my daughter visit she fell in love. The baby teacher Ms. Necia greeted us and gave us a tour and was very nice and professional. When walking in the childcare smelled clean and just seen happy kids interacting. I was introduced to the director Ms. Danielle and she finished up the tour and paperwork. The transition was smooth. My daughter started when she was 2yrs old and is now 4yrs old going on 5. This time spent at the daycare. I rarely had any complaints about them. All the teachers interact with the students no one is left out. They Love and work with all the children..no favoritism has gone on since I've been there. They are comforting to the children that cry because they miss their mom or dad and they make the children feel safe and secure. I would pop in time to time being a new mother. And nothing was switched or changed. All the teachers do their job and they love what they do. My daughter was brought off the binky (pacifier) and potty trained by 2.5yrs old. No more sippy cups she drinks straight from a cup now. Sue's very advanced and they notice it also and gave me some homework packets to get her ready for kindergarten. These teachers put their time aside to make sure the kids are happy but also learning something. They have goals and charts set up for each classroom so that the kids will know how their day is going and also goals to set for individual children to reach. I love this facility and I recommend to all my friends and family. They don't sugar code anything they are by the book. They support outside activities and events for the children fundraising. The parent teacher nights are fun and exciting make us parents feel like kids again in school. The teachers are trained and they all communicate with one another. I've had three friends place their child in this facility and not one negative response from the parents. The field trips are even more fun and educating. My daughter would come home telling how her day was and how her new friends learned something new every day. I feel all parents should come and see for themselves and see the experience your child has when entering the facility. My experience has been nothing but GREATNESS. I love this child care. They are the best hands down. They love every child in the building and they take proper care and time to get to know each child as they grow into the new classes and transition. Sometimes ppl like to write the bad but not the good. I give them 5 starts for be on top of it.
