I emailed Ann Jones to make an appointment because her experience stated she tests people and practices CBT. I told her I believed I was an HSP but wanted to be tested. It took her 2 days to answer my email to state she has no idea what HSP and then wants to know what insurance I have Where did this clueless girl get her degree? Does she even have one? Instead of her researching what HSP is, she tells a potential patient she doesn't have a clue and where's the money!!!! Anyway this clearly is a person that needs to find another line of work or just stick with kids (mainly babies). I emailed her that HSP means highly sensitive person, which if she cared at all she would have Googled or researched. I also gave her my insurance information and haven't heard back. Very rude and uncaring. Good qualities for a psychologist. I would have given minus stars but that wasn't a choice.
