I'm new to the area and today my back went out completely, every time I move it takes my breath away. I understand I'm a new patient but I'm also a patient in extreme pain and needed help. The girl that answered just said, nope nothing until Aug 1st for new patients and quickly said "good-bye". Didn't even give me a chance to ask if she was aware of other chiropractors in her area or if someone cancelled could they fit me in, nothing. This was very disappointing experience as this chiropractor was recommended by my previous chiropractor in Mesa AZ.

My chiropractor was out of town for a week and I got injured. I called Fawcett and they said they couldn’t get a new patient in for 4 weeks. Im sure they are great but I miss places that still operate with compassion.

Extremely friendly front desk person and doctor!! Only reason I didn't get in as soon as I got there is because it was my first time and I had paperwork to fill out. Otherwise, a gentleman who arrived same time I did, was seen right away. (which is very refreshing for change with any doctor!) Dr. Fawcett is super personable and has an awesome bedside manner!! Would definitely recommend him!

I was so happy that Dr. Fawcett could see me on short notice for a specific problem with neuropathy in my left leg. So far, so good, I am hoping the adjustment is a permanent solution, but made an appointment for Monday if it takes more than one time. Very nice office staff and punctual timing with the appointment.

Concerned with moving back here and being able to find a quality chiropractor that would do the procedures I was used to. Dr. Fawcett was very personable, listened, asked questions and found that he was trained at the same place my previous chiropractor was trained at...so they knew the same procedures. Twenty eight years of experience speak for themselves. Dr. Fawcett was professional, kind and gentle. I will be returning. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fawcett and his staff are very pleasant and great to work with. We each had good adjustments and feel much better. There's ample parking and the office is well marked making it easy to locate.

Excellent service. You don't even need to undress (which is great), he will be able to find the problem and fix it. Dr really knows what he is doing! He does not crack you "just to hear it pop" - most people don't know that that is actually not good for you to dislodge healthy connections and make them jello. They pop out out of place much easier after that and you will need to go all the time. I really like that he is very ethical and does not touch healthy joints and connections.

First time seeing him. I was very
disappointed .He took, I kid you not about 8 minutes with me. I wrote down my Symptoms on the paper work they gave me. As he came in the room. he talk to me like he never look at the issues that i wrote down . he push on my neck a little and crack my neck and that,s it. did nothing for my lower back at all. i Ben to many Chiropractic before. Other Chiropractic do about 15 Different thing on you before they send you away. Lost 45$ in 8 minutes.
