I was in Rehoboth visiting family when I woke up with acute nerve pain in my neck. After suffering for a day and a half I looked for a local chiropractor and found Midway chiropractic. They were able to get me in quickly, work with my insurance, and over a couple of days seeing Dr. Sod and Tyraa, I was able to function for the rest of my visit comfortably. He was very thorough and took his time. He asked questions before making any adjustments and helped me feel at ease so that I could heal quickly. The staff up front was helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

If I had only one person I could take on a deserted island, it would be Dr. Trip DelCampo!!! That’s how good he is, and that’s how important my back health is to me. I hit the “chiropractor jackpot” when I walked into First State Health, and Wellness Center in Rehoboth, eight years ago. Chiropractic care has consistently been a modality of my self care for over 30 years. Initially I utilized it to treat an injury, and since then I have implemented it for good back health maintenance. Trip is the best chiropractor I have ever had, he is professional, approachable, and consistent in his practice of chiropractic medicine. Also, he has an amazing staff, who have always been very helpful, and friendly both in person, and over the phone!!!

First State Health and Wellness in Midway has exceeded my expectations.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr.Sod. I came to the FSH&W to treat some neck pain I've been dealing with for a while, and was VERY nervous as I had never been to a chiropractor before.
Dr.Sod took his time to ask what I was coming to be seen for and explained what he would be doing during adjustments so I knew what to expect. He really helped calm my nerves about the whole process.
And not only have his adjustments helped my neck pain, the chronic migraines and headaches I've been suffering from for YEARS have pretty much stopped. After over 15 years of neurology appointments and prescription meds for migraines, Dr.Sod's adjustments have ended the suffering. It's seriously helped improve my quality of life. Cannot recommend him enough!

The front desk staff are all very friendly and personable. They are quick to respond to any call or email to ensure the patient's questions are answered and needs are met.

Also, Tyraa who does the electric muscle stimulation treatments is a total sweetheart! Always has a smile on her face and radiates such positive vibes and energy making all the patients smile. She's such an asset there, making the patients feel comfortable and happy.

We hit the jackpot when a friend told us to call First State.
From the initial inquiry telephone call to our first visit and every visit since we have been treated like family. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. Our doctor listens to us and she is every bit as thorough as our Wilmington chiropractor.

Best Doctors and Staff in all lower Delaware. As a 26 year Navy Pilot of over 26 types of airplanes, I travel a lot and my Dad taught me the benefits of good Chiropractors so I have always used them wherever I went, and I have traveled the globe. After some grueling long flights, a few hard landings on some really stormy seas where that steel deck reached up and swatted me hard in the butt, an airplane crash, and a few car accidents, I can underscore the value of.good Chiropractic done really well and that’s what Jessica, Dr. Trip, and their staff do very well. I’ve probably visited with some 19 to 25 different Chiropractors in my 70 years, in Maryland, I stayed with one for over 20 years until I retired to Delaware. I’ve been seeing Dr Bohl for over 5 years and don’t plan on changing. Doctors Bohl and DelCampo and their staff are the “best of the best” and I am sure that there are few that are better.
