The "safe place" sign should be removed because I can't even sit there without being harassed by the people there and I get the cops called on me oh but it's supposed to be a "safe place". The only reason why I was there is because there is a "safe place" sign and I actually needed somewhere safe to go but apparently it's just some kind of sick joke. If the sign doesn't get removed I'll take it down myself. People don't need that kind of misconception just to be harassed and forced to leave this supposed "safe place".

I don't know about the week day use of this facility, but there is a motorcycle training class every other weekend I believe. I attended it last May. CC riding school is the name of the company. Facility is nice and clean inside. The air conditioner works well. There's a lovely shade tree outside beside the parking lot. That's where I would hang out on my break.
