Adding to the disdain. My daughter has a story about her bus driver everyday. Get a different job. You're trash in my mind if you get a job with kids involved but don't have a kind heart or patience. Go be a garbage truck driver, deliver ubers, stop ruining my kids experience. Late so many times and the driver has even passed her on side of road.

Due to recent events concerning 'swatting' as the school year comes to a close I want to commend the Transportation services. They went above & beyond to ensure the students were taken out of harms way in an efficient manner & transported them to a safe area!!! ? BRAVO & THANK YOU!!!!

As a student this is ridiculous. Everyday us kids get on the bus and have to listen to all the other kids screaming I mean come on grow up. We are constantly falling into the aisle, the seatbelts are not secure and we are picking up new kids everyday. Many kids just missed the bus because it came earlier today for some reason. The drivers are taking random routes and picking up many kids. Sometimes its 3-4 students per seat. We just picked up four stops that we have never even picked up before. These people need to get it together. Tons of parents are mad and have left reviews and called the school and you guys have done nothing about it so I hope this message finds you well and you take care of things.

Poor communication (if any), the app doesn’t work, and they dropped my 6 year old at her stop an hour and a half late without a parent present (I was at the school trying desperately to find her). This does not give me any confidence for ensuring my child’s safety.

Once you call transportation for your child, many of the representatives act very Rude and talked loud with actitud.
I dont like to be treated disrespectful or been treated like human not has any values. Please be kind thats the job you guys choose not us as a Parent of Students. Thank you. Please Even if people treat you bad, show them you have manners. They will feel bad themselves.

What a disaster this year with bus routes and times. Shouldn’t take two hours from BES to our bus stop. Regular kids shouldn’t be stopping through neighborhoods dropping off special needs kids. Bus transportation director has failed completely
