I have a home being built now in Flagler Estates. I went down to Palm Coast . Sit down with Melissa Jenkins and we had a house picked out and all the upgrades selected in about 2 hrs .

If i had to list all the problems with Maronda, it would take a series of novels to describe. They choose the worst contractors, cheapest materials or just skip certain things altogether, like not insulating our exterior walls at all. When temperatures hit 90s, our AC doesnt stop

Lovely homes. We already live in a Maronda home in Jacksonville's Arlington area, in which was built back in 2001. We are definitely thinking about moving to a newer subdivision or getting a home built with Maronda. My fiance did get this one built by them.
