Our daughter was at Flora Child Care for almost two years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s a home-based Chinese immersion daycare run by Flora and Jack, and they took such thoughtful and loving care of her. Everything always felt safe, well-organized, and just really well done—we never had any concerns.

Flora and Jack plan each day with care, and our daughter often came home with fun artwork. She loved going—every morning she was excited to head out the door. She also made great friends there and grew so much socially and emotionally. We really saw how much her language developed too, especially in Mandarin, thanks to the immersive environment and daily conversations.

We feel so lucky to have found Flora Child Care and highly recommend it to other families!

Flora Child Care is an incredibly clean, safe, and loving preschool with patient and caring teachers.

My daughter has been attending since 2022, and she has looked forward to going every single day. She absolutely loves the warm and welcoming environment, and she’s learned so much — from Mandarin and arts and crafts to poetry and painting.

I’m so thankful to Flora & Jack for making my life easier. My daughter used to be very attached to me, but thanks to the nurturing and thoughtful education she received here, she has grown into a more independent and confident little girl.

She’ll be moving on to TK this year, and there’s no doubt she will miss Flora & Jack dearly. So will I!

I highly recommend Flora Child Care to any family looking for a safe, caring, and enriching place for their child.

My son currently attends Flora's Mandarin-Immersion Childcare and we highly recommend Flora and Jack. Jack and Flora both understand the kids' needs well and speak to them in Mandarin to help them develop a good foundation in Mandarin/Chinese. They recently moved to a new place that has a bigger outdoor space, giving the kids ample room to explore, play and learn art, science, and gardening. The childcare is small in number of kids, very intimate and has a homey-feel, giving the kids more attention and nurturing from Jack and Flora directly. We highly recommend Flora and Jack!
