This place was absolutely amazing! Everything about it from the online check in, to the front desk, to the technician, to the doctor-was top notch! This staff is the best! Dr Berryman has been amazing. He found the exact reasons why I was living in such pain and has pinpointed the areas that needed to be treated. He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been under their care since Nov 2021 and I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 mins to be seen from my appt time. Staff is always friendly during check in and check out. The medical staff are very thorough and detailed and I’ve never felt rushed through an appt. If you're looking for a pain mgmt doc who is good at injections I would definitely recommend Dr Santos and Denise Campbell APRN.

I have been there several times. The staff are extremely helpful, and pleasant. Dr. J has given me several injections, and I never even feel these injections. After 12 years of pain, I can finally go grocery shopping.

My anxiety was bad but between the physician, nurse and surgical tech they were fabulous helping me get through this epidural cervical injections! Highly recommend this group off Cortez! Five stars in my eyes 🥰 BTW my son is a doctor and I’ve already recommended him to this office in particular when I first met with the Dr who will perform the lumbar facet but chose cervical area first and assigned to the dr whose specialty is cervical! Highly recommend this group at this office off Cortez. Thanks to all of you for helping and explaining this cervical process to me so I could make it through the procedure. YOU ARE THE BEST! I was referred by a friend and I seen what her experience was I knew this was the Dr. I wanted to see. I was exceptionally surprised by how much more professional. Dr. Berryman explained everything in detail and what to expect. This is the only Dr. I going to use for my back. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give him a 20. Also all the staff that I worked with was beyond exception. All in all this was a first class experience.
