This place is absolutely terrible. They constantly treat you like a small child that can't be trusted with ANYTHING. Yet they expect you to act like an adult towards them it's absolutely ridiculous. You have to get permission to go get a aspirin. The worst part is they can deny you it or you have to wait six long hours in pain. Go to a different facility where they treat you like an adult.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. The head nurse verbally attacked me everyday. The other nurses are extreme rude and unfair. I deal with back issues and was prohibited from taking ibuprofen. Had heat rash issues and they would let me keep my baby powder. I’ve never seen anything like it. And they make you believe it’s YOU who has the problem. ACCEPTANCE. I ended up being discharged for an ingrown toenail and was told I couldn’t come back. Did my counselor call to see how I was or am I staying clean? Absolutely not. DO NOT GO HERE.YOU WOULD RATHER BE IN JAIL!

Black mold throughout facility on top of if your bilingual your not allowed to speak your second language. Was told "This is America speak English" . Wrote a grievance on a staff member who made a prejudice remark nothing was done. I find it odd I can't exercise my 1st amendment right for my ancestors were pillaged so I can be discriminated against. First treatment center where I was told couldn't speak native tongue. Worst experience ever. Kitchen staff great though and bilingual wouldn't you know.

How very upsetting, if anyone calls for help I do believe it is the Florida center I called for the correct extensions I reached. A Kathleen, asked me to go ahead to another facility before I even finished my sentence. Kathleen continued to make Excuses letting me know before I had even asked a question that it was too she was in a busy busy frantic state and had other things to do besides help a patient try to enter their program

The doctors and staff are rude, arrogant, incompetent, and disorganized. They will loose your paperwork three times over every visit and won't even care. They will verbally attack you because they have made a mistake or lost your files. Additionally, they will put you on dependant medicines, then shrug as you are forced to go cold turkey for weeks because of internal errors, then treat you as if you were less than a person if you question the issue. This place needs to be defunded because they are a waste of time and money on the city.
