Giving a one star is honestly being generous. I’ve never left a review before this is how serious this is. Please if you have anxiety don’t come here. For starters you have to wait over an hour for appointments and the MD here makes you feel so little mentally it’s no fun. Every session I get prescribed a new medication and get spoken down to like I’m a little kid. When you answer questions in a way he doesn’t like he cuts you off and say things like “I didn’t ask you that” “I’m gonna repeat the questions again” which makes you feel like you’re stupid. Also he has a policy to wear masks in his office but wears his mask under his nose or chin. Smacks gum like he rather be anywhere else but the session. I beg you don’t waste your time here!!!

My issue is actually with the Philips Hwy location but its address does not show anymore. Dr. Andy I believe is his name, was given forms by Disability Discharge, which is the program all disabled former students use when they go to their therapist's office to get their student debt cancelled to confirm they have a disability. The form was a no brainer and I was willing to pay the 130 dollar fee, after weeks of dragging his feet saying he did not understand, needed instructions, and when I called the program they said the form has the instructions on it, after providing him the full forms so he could understand what it was about which a 3 year old could, he had Donna from Billing tell me they did not want to do it. This is discrimination they have no reason why not to do it and now I have to fire my good therapist and seek a new center to fill it out. I will make a complaint and sue, and investigate to see about a class action against Dr. Andy and his company.

Horrible just Horrible Experience! Michael Amiel MD is the most horrible MD there could possibly be . He was extremely rude to me ! When i went in his office it feels like he was interigating me . Every time i told him something he didn’t want to hear he would say “I didn’t ask you about that” or “ That’s not what i asked you. I Felt really sad leaving his office please if you are dealing with anxiety or Depresion DONT GO TO HIM ! I will personally pay for you to see another MD , that’s how bad he treated me ! Do No recommend at all !

The people who work in the building are nice enough, but I've never had anyone call me a liar. I won't be back, and since I am a liar, I won't be paying my bill. (since that is what started the whole thing).

Constant cancellations, don’t answer the phones, don’t return phone calls- terribly managed. Their provider cancelled, for the third time and they still tried to bill us as a no show. Absolutely appalling scheduling and management. Only reason for the one star is because they actually have good providers, sadly trying to get an appointment that is kept is a nightmare.

I am treated like an inferior, made to wait ridiculous amounts of time for terrible service by a rude man, who is unable to have a real conversation with anybody. Somebody needs to take this practice away from Dr. Amiel and get new management in here, this is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour

Calls are not returned even when my doctor sent them the referral.
They should pick up the phone and just make the appointment

Very unprofessional. No follow-ups to time sensitive matters. No response to messages and they rarely return phone calls timely or at all. Difficulties reaching a live person most of the time. Not a very friendly environment.
