Wasn't a patient.. Needed to use WiFi.. Said. DOH GUEST. I POLITELY ASKED TWICE for the password but they went on to tell me it's only for speakers... Speakers are not Guest... They are Webinars. I was a Guest and was Discriminated because I was on other side of window!
Even MC Donalds gives FREE WIFI. It doesn't cost them for me to use and it is offered to you if you can get the password from the little people with power... That place sucks!

My 94 yo mil has tried for 3 days to get her Covid results, the phone number given to her kept saying it was out of service, we even looked the number up and still out of service. This morning we get a recording that they are closed for the holiday and the operator said the on call dr, that could see the results, is emergency only.
So she is sick and all the family that was with her, that have no signs, is missing work because it might be covid.
She's 94 could someone have called her with the results? Oh that's right your phones were out of service for 3 days.

As a snowbird I was frantic to find a covid test site, I was very pleased with the outdoor set-up at the Health department. The process was easy & the staff was really nice & helpful. I opted for the PCR test & got results in 24hrs! Thank you Highlands county health department!

I was trying to set up an appointment to see the doctor here the woman at the desk decided that while I was talking to her about how I didn't want to die she would just hang up the phone I will never go here again
