I made an appointment online with Dr. Alvarez. I was scheduled in a few days, and pleasantly surprised by a Saturday appointment. The office staff was very cordial. I had x-rays done on-site. Dr. Alvarez then went over the results me explaining everything and then asked me if I had any questions. I left with a pamphlet of information that will guide me through the process leading up to my surgery. So far I am impressed with Florida Joint & Spine!!!

Experience is with pain management here. Been going to FL Join & Spine for a number of years now. Dr. Dos Santos and "crew" manage time well. They are busy so plan you appt. well. From those at the counter welcoming us to those that do the "deed" all are efficient. Parking is the only thing to consider as something to prepare for, just allow 15+ min to maneuver in the small lot.

Very thing was handled professionally and courteously. They saw me at my appointment time. The nursing staff was professional, explained everything. Listened to my questions.Dr Alvarez was absolutely the best. Wenr over my problem, listen to me gave me options. I would highly recommend this office and especially the doctor.

Dr. Alvarez is the best! (He gave me my legs back with 2 complete knee replacements). I always felt like I could maintain contact with the doctor and staff throught a very efficient patient portal. His is staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Absolutely not impressed! First off I live on SS. Went to them with all my Dr papers and disc from Indiana hospital. While there they told me there wasn't nothing on the disc from my hospital, which I know better. Next there wanting me to do another MRI which was 3.5 mo old which cost me $375, next physical therapy that I've already done and didn't work, told the that and recommended me to a particular PT, cost there was going to cost me$78 per treatment x 2 a week x 6wks then wanted me do a nerve test. Cost,?
This is a money gig. Went to another Spine Co and
disc that I had worked fine and already set for my epidural injections

The receptionist and everyone were very kind and considerate. The nurse and doctor very informative and answered all my questions. I would and will tell others about my doctor and how he is very knowledgeable and very through. It was a great experience and l recommend him to everyone
