This is a sad example of when patients are just another number. In this office in Miami Lakes/Hialeah the front desk staff don’t listen to you, dismiss your questions and treat you like a child, once you past that stage the nurses in the treatment room are in a rush for procedures that are usually painful, cero explanation of the treatment, cero empathy, everyone’s is in a rush for the next number. When I asked Dr. Gonzales that I wanted some time for them to explain the procedure, he rushed (again) to tell me I could always go to another practice… and so I did…

Worst place ever! Looks like a meat market !!!! Also the staff looks tired and mad rolling eyes at the office manager which is the doctors son. Horrible experience. I’d rather keep the pain than going there. !!
