Super frustrating experience. They don't return phone calls. I have learned if I want to change appointments or make an adjustments or refills I have to show up to the office. They didn't call me to let me know my doctor isn't there anymore.

I needed to be seen pretty urgently for medication adjustments. They fit me in last minute but they had no consideration for who I was, what I actually needed, or what I was saying. They made drastic assumptions and were not helpful about learning about medications and how to assist my body/mind best. I won't be going back.

I really miss Jana has she was so professional and helpful. Now they seem even more disorganized and I’ve been trying for weeks to set up an appointment or get a refill but one on ever answers and when they call you better have your phone on you at all times cause they may call you 3 days later or a week later. I need my medication refilled and cannot set up an appointment since I cannot reach them….. I may call them 30 times a day every day till I get my appointment. And I want to see Erica but idk if she’s even there anymore.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Had an appointment for Thursday that was very difficult to make so I called on Wed to see if it could be rescheduled. No call back as promised. Showed up Thurs anyways. So I didn’t have to pay the fee for missing my appt. To be told someone should have called me to say that the Dr. Was not in, they failed to reschedule said they would have to call me to do so. Why? Of course, never received a call. So I called Friday, Monday and was not able to get anyone to answer the phones. Drive up to the office to see them sitting at the desk eating. Requested my medical records. After no call backs, filling out paperwork for 30 minutes, and two times at the office for nothing - decided that the anxiety and stress this lace was causing me was not how a professional office should be conducting business and I will go elsewhere. What a joke. I don’t know how people get appointments let alone make contact for prescriptions to be refilled. I have no desire to drive to the office everytime I need to speak to someone! My time is valuable too!

This rating is for Dr. Ashby himself. Although i am no longer a patient of his i was for many, many, many years and my brother was a patient of his as well. The problem i had was with the staff which I now understand has been replaced because i would have rated them 0 stars or less. Dr. Ashby is a great doctor, in fact the best in the county. If his staff has been replaced as I've been told firsthand then you should have a great experience.

First off the lady at the front desk, something with a T, she’s very nice and doing the best she can. However, I could never get through in the phone or get call backs so I just went into the office to make appointment for therapy and was given an appointment with Dr Ashby. I go in there days later and spill my guts to him but he tells me he doesn’t do therapy he just prescribes medication. I was wondering why he kept mentioning different meds while I was talking. So he says other people in the practice do therapy, some older guy and a younger lady. So I make an appointment with the younger lady. Again I go in there and spill my guts and she informs me it’s just a 20 minute appointment and she thinks I would benefit from therapy. I’m like, that’s what I’m here for. She says she doesn’t do therapy she just prescribes medication, exactly what the other guy said. I’ve wasted weeks trying to get therapy and all they could do was offer me pills. I’m done with this place. They are very disorganized.

My self and 2 Autistic sons have been seeing Mike Sanders for about a year and I've been very happy him. I can't say enough how important it is to know how delicate it can be to prescribe medications to someone on the Autistic Spectrum. He's easy to talk to and patient.
I can understand the previous reviews complaining about the front desk staff's attitude or never answering the phones. I've had the same problems, but I've been thru a gambit of psychological doctors and know that when you find someone as caring as Mike Sanders you know he's worth waiting on thru office politics.

12 years ago I was going through the most brutal divorce in history. Mark Ashby literally saved my life. I thought he was quite blunt at the moment, but as it turned out, he told me what I needed to hear and not just what I wanted to hear.
I have been seeing Mike for quite a few years now. I am very impressed with his professionalism and overall demeanor.

I was just referred by my primary care to come to this practice for mental health care. When I walked in I was told they are no longer taking new patients it may be reevaluated in January. Which is fine but when I asked who they were referring patients to go see since they weren’t taking any the reception this was just downright nasty and very unhelpful. This now makes me not ever want to come here and I don’t have that option anyway. We are talking mental health here. Pleasant and helpful would be nice.
