I am leaving this review because someone else had a similar experience and I could have probably saved them time and money if I would have done this sooner.
We were in a hurry because my son had an opportunity to get in a school that would have been an amazing fit; I did not spend enough time asking questions, that was my fault.
You are sent test questions that are not great for a homeschooler, does your child do most of their work alone: Yes, not because he isolates himself, but because we homeschool. It did not take into account he attended a co-op twice a week, takes karate, guitar and weightlifting. Do you remind him to brush his teeth? No, he is 14 and has been in Invisalign for a year and a half, he has that down. Do I need to remind him a bunch of other things? Yes, but that wasn’t the question. Nor is there space to explain answers.

The test is done in her home unless you pay a traveling fee. I would have never used her knowing that. My son cannot stand going in someone else’s home. There was a smell that did not agree with him, I’m guessing from dinner the night before. There is one chair by the entrance for you to wait in. My husband and I went together, we ended up going to a diner around the corner for breakfast, which also made my son uncomfortable knowing we weren’t there.

My son’s allergies flared really bad, he ended up in the hospital two days later because of how bad it was. We also discovered three days before that he developed insomnia and had barely slept in 72 hours from an allergy medication reaction. If you need to reschedule it is an additional $600. We decided to go forward with the test, we had already spent $1,800. I should have just canceled and gone somewhere else.

As for the results, almost nothing on the report was correct, auditory processing disorder, I had him checked at an audiologist she recommended, she said he didn’t have a single deficit. She had his IQ really low, but he was tested in the gifted range on an IQ test from the psychologist. The list goes on but I’m not putting it all on a public website.

I messaged her to explain how wrong her results were. I felt his anxiety was high, allergies were bad, and he was beyond exhausted, we went back and forth on a couple emails, until she realized I was saying her results were wrong and not the audiologist and she quit responding.

I should have asked more questions and she should offer some flexibility for health issues.

I highly recommend Ms. Zebrick if you need testing for your child. She was patient with my son and allowed him plenty of breaks. She explained her entire 25 page report throughly . She made some other recommendations including Auditory testing. She was right! He had issues with Auditory Processing! We just finished a long IEP meeting, and the school accepted her report without requiring any further testing on their side. If you need the data to back up needed assistance for your child, please contact Stacey! No waiting list either! We are so glad we utilized Ms. Zebrick ‘s services!

Beware of using this person for an evaluation! I had reached out to her to schedule an appt for my daughter for autism. She required the full amount of the eval before making an appointment, which I thought was strange, but okay.

I scheduled my daughter an appointment for Oct 7th. I unfortunately wanted to evacuate for the hurricane and reached out to her on Oct 5th to cancel. She informed me that because I didn't cancel 72 hours in advance that I would lose my entire payment. She would not refund my money. That was $2000! She told me that it was in a contract she emailed me which I didn't even see or sign!! I did not agree to this!

She eventually told me she'd give me $800 of my $2000 back. That is unacceptable! $1200 she gets to keep, for something that was beyond my control (a hurricane). I never signed a contract and she never met my daughter.

I'm just warning other parents to be cautious before using her. I don't want this same thing to happen to them.

Time was taken to explain the assessment process and what that looks like for my kiddo. Every step was thoroughly explained. Results were explained in detail as well as a great written report. Most importantly, My kiddo felt comfortable during the assessment. Highly recommend! Wonderful and quick communication.
