Blaise Is compassionate professional. He shows empathy from the first conversation you have with him. One important aspect about him is that he is constantly researching and learning in his field. I did my licensure supervision with Blaise and while at first I was looking for an ACT-specific supervision experience, I got that and much more! During our process, I was able to sharpen a lot of my interpersonal skills, becoming more process-oriented, value-focused, and accurate in how I related to my clients, peers, and even in my personal relationships. He is truly an expert in weaving the roles of teacher, mentor, and coach. He also strikes a near-perfect balance between challenge and support. Not only did he guide and support me through my processes, but he was open about his own. That, to me, was an ongoing demonstration of humility, confidence, and skill.
