I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ahmed at the Foot and Ankle Center at North Florida Bone and Joint Specialists. She and her staff were always professional and accessible. I barely sat down before I was called back for x-rays, a meeting with Travis and then my time with Dr. Ahmed. This office is run top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed, her staff and the physical therapists there!!

They have the ability to make an unpleasant experience tolerable. I’m not excited about the knee replacement but I feel I am in good hands with Chris Keys…. He’s pleasant & knowledgeable….I’m confident that he’s giving the best he can and I appreciate his confidence. It’s more than worth the drive from PC.

In and out quickly so I don’t need to take a whole day off. Justin was great and removed my dressing and stitches. By the way he did an amazing job after surgery with my bandages. Front desk was friendly and efficient as usual.

Dr. Key is kind, caring and understanding. He has a conservative approach to addressing the issues. Have seen him 3 times and every visit was great! He listened to me and was able to explain my issues in layman’s terms. Would recommend him and Dr. O’Grady very highly to anyone in need orthopedic support.

Chris actually listened, to what I had to say. He has a great bedside manner, and today’s shoulder injection was…1,2,3…little poke and I kept waiting for the poke-never felt it. Thanks for all you do Chris!

Saw Dr.Nillsen for pain in my ankle. I had previous surgeries and had retained hardware. I am not a doctor and my suspicion was the hardware causing pain. So this surgeon went with my guess diagnosis. Attempted to remove the hardware and broke a screw. Wasn’t even told about it till I got a follow up X-ray. No physical therapy was offered. I got chewed and screwed for him to get a check from my health insurance.
Got a proper diagnosis from a surgeon who cares about his patients not just because they’re professional athletes. Looking at amputation of my foot now. Thanks !
