This is solely about the office. The therapist we were provided was amazing and my child absolutely loved her along with her supervisor.
The scheduling department however is absolutely disgusting. Jasmin is horrible. She has horrible customer service, horrible work ethic, disgusting attitude. She tries to tell you what your going to do vs asking you if its ok. Her professionalism is non existing. She talked to me in a horrible manner and when i called to speak to HR some lady with the letter M said that she heard the recording and that Jasmin didnt do anything wrong when i said ok i want to speak to the person above you the owner she told me he was in the office and heard the call. To say that a front office person can give a client attitude and gas light you is ok is disgusting. I would have got fired if i spoke to any parent or client the way they spoke to me. They only care about getting as much hrs so insurance can pay them they the office doesn't care about the families or the therapist who are out working. As soon as my therapist left this office I no longer wanted their services. I only put up with them for so long because my child loved her therapist. I am glad therapist are leaving this company to other places they are respected and i hope families leave this company or dont use them.
I hope this company the owner have a change of staff and educated their employees how to speak and treat clients families. Specifically Jasmin. This office should focus on servicing their ABA clients vs supporting eachothers disgusting work professionalism.  Glad we are done with them!

I contacted Foothill Child Development Services for a reason other than behavior therapy. I was looking for a place to complete my practicum hours, which was needed to bring my graduate program to its end. Although they did not provide what I needed, they did everything so that I find a place that met my program’s requirements. They really did not need to help me because they gained nothing out of it. It was truly a nice deed. Because of Foothill Child Development Services, I was able to find a practicum site, finish my program and now have my master’s degree. Thank you FCDS for being a small but significant part in my big journey.

Foothill has been around for years and has been a staple for the special needs families in the Tujunga area. Not only did I work here briefly, but my nephew also received services from their clinical staff. Foothill has provided families the tools they need to support their children. They offer various services such as direct therapy and parent training. The diagnosis of Autism may be scary for a lot of parents but receiving early intervention is the key. My nephew is now a young adult and although he still requires supervision, his behaviors have subsided drastically and he’s finally able to communicate with us. I thank the clinical team at Foothill for all their support.

I went to this preschool when I was a child. Now over 20 years later I brought my 4 year old to the same school. He loved it from the start. In the few short months he spent there he learned a lot! The staff is great and I'd recommend anyone to bring their little ones to this school if you live near by. The only reason I pulled my son out is because we are moving.
